The company that makes GH3 (Activision) has a lot more money than EA Games who made this, and thus they have better music-editing equipment. They can access tracks in songs with more high-tech equipment.

The master track doesn't have seperate tracks for bass, guitar, drums, and vocal(I can't remember which aren't separate, bass and guitar probably), therefore putting it in Rock band just wouldn't work.
