  • Soooo true :D

  • On Error Resume Next

  • @innocentbloodx7

What we need is to get together and program computers to suppress errors and pretend everything is fine. That way we can join other fine professions where being incorrect and imprecise is an option like doctors and lawyers and politicians.

  • Only a programmer would get the joke! Fuck you error messages! Maybe we need to band together and program the computers to understand errors and auto correct?

  • @innocentbloodx7 that would be awesome

  • @daytdog It would.. But the question is, would it be worth it? Probably not but, I can dream. xD

  • @innocentbloodx7

The problem is ambiguity, there are several fixes but only one would produce the correct output.

  • @cehofman So true.

  • so true.

  • And you will chase the feeling of that longer pause for the next 6 hours

  • There should be a programming system where it doesn't even let you do something in the first place if the syntax is wrong, and where you can actually have commands that are preset. Oh wait, there is- Scratch!

  • life of a pornn addict

  • Console.WriteLine("programador hasta la muerte");

  • Glad I'm a web developer, no annoying sounds xP

  • lol

  • I love how his face remains completely expressionless XD

  • cout<<"That's our life."<<endl;

  • @wewnessism or System.out.println("Thats our life.");

  • @manomama7 Java :D MsgBox("Thats our life.")

  • @everene1 it does not need ; MsgBox is on Visual Basic 2008 :D

  • @XFI6 hahahaha!!

  • i hope he remembered to add the semicolons :D

  • probably just forgot semicolons :P

  • Yeah, I know... you're searching one hour where the mistake is and than it's only an spelling errors... xD

  • LOL!!!!!

That's so accurate minus the swearing and cursing.

  • @DeaddudeRS and the crying , and feeling sorry for yourself because your dream is to be a Game Programmer, but can't even make a simple Hello World Program

  • That's not accurate at all. You forgot the indignation and cursing!

  • hohoho

  • lolololololol so fucking agree with this shit.

  • error - -*

  • 0:09 - 12 warnings, 144 errors

    0:13 - 12 warnings, 45 errors

    0:17 - 8 warnings, 6 errors

    0:23 - 3 warnings, 0 errors

  • @XFi6 lol, that is more than likely right.

After every compiler error he should had went "stupid compiler, that is right!" Seems programmers love to blame it on the compiler. lol.

  • @XFi6 Yeah thats how it went with me on my first program on C++.

Was trying to write a string that said "My first program on C++"

    So many errors T_T

  • @XFi6 Only about 2400 warnings in my most recent assigned proj..lucky we only care about errors

  • @XFi6 I don't really take notice of warnings, it's not like they affect the program.

  • This is like me, except when there's errors there are no beeps :)

  • definitely true!

  • This applies to so many other things..

  • @TheDragonrend

This basically applies to anything that isn't a standard job. Which is why most people keep standard jobs. They're lazy and impatient.

  • Lol, so simple yet so accurate. I was programming 'AStar' in C++ when I watched this. Laughed my ass of. Even linked it as a comment in my code.

  • @klingon888 Haha that's awesome!

  • @klingon888 <3 PHP

  • Using pascal, I presume. Don't understand why we are being taught this stuff at college. Python is a much better language.

  • @Alpha1594Cyn C/C++ should be teached, but instead they choose Python because it's friendlier for people who dont have idea what programming is (college sucks), if everyone had a small amount of experience in programing prior entering college you would see C/C++ the fist semester. sad imo

  • Who like programing likes it ;). I have life too ;) . But i like making website etc. someday i'll go into C and C++ but now i don't have time because of school;)

  • what melody from 0:0 to 0:6 ?

  • "keep on sucking till you do succeed."

Sounds like the life of a typical novel writer as well.

  • true.. but that mostly happened to inexperienced programmers.

  • jajaja y q me parta un rayo si no es cierto

  • Hear them beeps?

    Thats dedication.

  • haha, pretty much sums my day

  • U fag it's hard to do this and we get better jobs than u fag

  • @lbpluke

You also call total strangers fags for no conceivable reason. Doing so makes you worthless regardless of your job.

  • @Ygdrasel so how do you even know thats that what programes do some of us have to do hour of code that i bet you couldnt do at all

  • @lbpluke

I never said a word about what programmers do. Do you have ADD, by any chance, or do you just enjoy being off-topic? I only said calling total strangers fags for no conceivable reason makes you worthless. Which it does.

  • forget a semicolon, end of days.

  • @DavverOne

FUCK SEMICOLONS! I just started trying to learn programming languages and those fucking syntax errors are the devil. XD

  • Sounds like he should be adding more breakpoints....

  • Don't forget when your project manager comes in and berates your code for an hour and finishes it off with a compliment before he dumps a new workload on you.... then changes his mind about what you just spent 10 hours developing to have you start over from 2 days ago. Then the direct deposit of your paycheck is only 1 penny.... so to compensate they send you a same day money order that takes a week.

Oh yeah then having to present software to people that don't know what a user name is.

  • This video is so accurate! :D

I could never describe it any better then this!

  • I wouldn't have it any other way.

  • Mark Zuckerberg "makes" Facebook xD

  • My programming tools:

    - LapTop

    - Brain

    - Coca cola

    - Hamburger

    - Pomfrit

    - Chips

    - Music

    xDD

  • @lazicdusan9 the first one was true, but it seems like u dont use the 2nd one in ur comment

  • @lazicdusan9 My progrming tools, vim, gcc and gdb.

  • ...and you will chase the feeling of that longer pause for the rest of your life.

  • LMFAO

    BEEP

  • You just keep on trying 'til you run out of cakes!

    cit.

  • You forgot

    "Segfault?! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

  • @Korntof So true

  • Seems to be the life of a bad programmer.

  • LOL. *relates*

  • Yep....

  • this is really how it is. debug...error...debug...error lol

  • I wouldn't say this is accurate for all programmers...

  • If at first you don't succeed, keep on sucking till you do succeed.

    whise words ;)

  • seriously you guys are fighting over your favourite programming language :D ,what is it about that damned youtube comment section? :D

  • @heshamsafi you right and wtf after all.... every language is for something different.

I mean why write app in PHP so i can use C++ or Java ? and why write website system in C so i can use PHP or Python ? It's like fighting about the structural or OOP way to make program

    (sorry for bad english)

  • @NerdgasmTutorials I can't think of a reason for using structural paradigm but yeah ur right :D

  • @heshamsafi well i use OOP easy, fast, safe

  • Haha this was so true in start. :D

  • @hempheadfor20

Fuck you, most of the web is built on C and C++.

  • @SebbernVideos

Hardly...but I wasn't knocking C or C++. Just pointing out that not all "PHP web faggots" are home less.

  • Code... Compile...Error...Code... Compile...Error...Code... Compile...Error...

    Code... Compile...Almost!...Error.

The longer you write, the more error you get. Remember kids, learn the language better!

  • I plan on becoming a PHP freelance programmer... Creating websites, applications, etc. This is what programmers do all day. Ha ha.

  • @crappyfilmproduction Basically, you want to be homeless. I hate PHP web faggots that call themselves programmers

  • @plutoniumdust Well, technically, web development is in fact programming. But usually, the term "programming" is meant for one who writes programs on a computer platform like Windows, Macintosh, Linux, etc. So I guess the correct term for what I was saying should have been web development. I want to become a web developer. Sorry for the confusion.

  • @plutoniumdust you can make a website like facebook and become millionaire !!

  • @plutoniumdust Hmm, i dont like it when people try to undermine the complexity of PHP. They've implemented programming structures like classes, structs, enums but has its own syntax.

PHP is one of many types of computer coding languages:Assembly, C/C++/C#, VB(A, net, script), JAVA, SQL, HTML, ASP, FLASH(actionscripting), JavaScript, Python, LUA, JASS... the list goes on (think there's one on Wikipedia.

Yet one is not a programmer when writing in any of them?

    Please, define programmer.

  • @youtubian2500 I have to say, I was one of those, who underestimated the power of the php, but now I know that it's just a different approach. You are making web applications, and some others are making programs the could run on an OS. They are both programming languages, and mastering it makes you a programmer. Still, the complexity of an assembly written app is much more higher, than let's say a php code. That's what the fuss is about.

  • @plutoniumdust So Facebook's developers are no programers? Or creating internal applications that run on the web? PHP programers are indeed programers. We write code, we debug code. Just because our code is hosted on a server instead of on a users local system does not mean we are no programers.

  • @plutoniumdust

Ehh, I make a better living off PHP, APS.NET, and Python than I ever did with Java, VB, C#, or C++.

Stick it up your ass, the web is everything.

  • @hempheadfor20 Pretentious asshole, much?

it's not his fault if you can't make a living out of C++.

  • @Xaio30

Well I have made a living out of C++, C, and C# actually.

As well as PHP, ASP.NET, Python, Perl, and Ruby on Rails.

Oh and VB, and Java as well...

  • @hempheadfor20 Pretentious, arrogant AND on a high horse

    Oh, and two months late.

  • @hempheadfor20 "Stick it up your ass, the web is everything." Nice try on trolling, did you ever think twice before saying this? What does the web RUN on? Without APPLICATIONS like operating system and servers, the 'web' is just some little abstract nonsense shit.

  • @mindfreaker808

Just saying, I make more money as a "PHP web faggot" than I did writing software in C, C++, VB, Java, ect.

Not hating on it. Just saying.

  • @plutoniumdust PHP is good but it's a bad choice for a larger website, i would use c++, java and php for diferent parts of a video website for example, where php does the less work, java doies what many websites does with php (php is been used wrongly this days, but hardware is cheap so who cares?? i do, google does), and finally C++ for video encoding, streaming, batch db manipulation etc.

  • @kukovrein the first youtube comment I can't find the heart to troll.

    congrats.

though personally I have an incredible hatred for php due to all the wordpress faggotry surrounding it. I don't care if it's irrational, i want php and wordpress and all those plugins to die

  • @crappyfilmproduction Try to learn everything, not just PHP. Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, Fusion, MySQL, OpenSSL, HTML.

  • That's such a funny life! Who shouldn't desire becoming such an enthusiastic person? Thumbs up for programmers!

  • so true...

  • so damn true.....you just keep trying till u find a way, no easy way about it

  • @lucirz Yeeeaaah.... And when you just can't figure out why doesn't it work... Then:

    /watch?v=vgdlE3uhYpk

  • hahahaha osm! lol
