i did my nipples last summer and my arm two days ago, kinda stings but the outcome is great, makes a hoile in your arm :D heals up no worries.

but it's like a six month tattoo type deal because it stays there for a while. :) i still have mine but it's pretty funny

basicaly you put salt on whatever spot on your body and push ice down on it for about a minute, take it off and you got a hole in your arm :D
