100% worked on my computer with this method (its mac os though) on CS5.5

1. go and change year to 2010 (leave everything else unless u want different date)

2. open After effect trial

3. go to description of this video and type (never copy paste) suitable version serial

4. CS 5 should use CS5 serial, CS5.5 should use CS5.5 serial

5. there you go, you've got free after effect :)

After sitting through download after download after install and so on, I believe I now have got it to work. Reading through comments on this video, I found that the most reliable way to get AE to work was to use the Blocker, which I downloaded. I installed AE initially as a TRIAL, then closed the Apllication, ran the script, re-opened and used the Serial: 1325-0638-4882-9865-7390-5848. The serial worked, from what I can tell, and I am led to believe that I now have the full version. :)

@baaconboy If you look through the pages of comments on here, you will find a download link to the Adobe blocker, which is basically a script that you have to run to prevent Adobe from realizing that you didn't pay for the software I believe? You need it, both for that reason and also for that serial that I gave to work.

@TheJustify24 If it works once, then you should immediately start running the blocker so you don't get prompted again. I recall having the code work, then a weird registration box popping up and when I entered the serial it didn't work, but not to worry because I was and always am running the blocker.

I apologise as I do not have the link anymore but if you flick back through the pages of comments on here you will eventually find the link. Download the script, use the serial I posted and you're golden. :)

@SuperJman18 Quit the application, download "Block Adobe Activation", run it, go to the Date & Time Preferences, set it manually to one year earlier, save, open AE and enter a serial found above. (Never change the time back..)

@AusClipsss: on your mac, the bar at the top. On the right it shows the time. Ctrl+Click on it and choose the bottom option. That way you can set back the time.
