The system will definately show your faults (slice, hook etc...) the flight of the ball on the screen is decently realistic and on the most part matches my ball flight on the course. For the money you pay the system is very good.
how good is optishot will it show you slicing the ball or hooking it? or do all the shots just go straight because in all the videos all they show are straight shots they don't show how realistic it is. Would you be able to make a video proving it shows all these kind of shots. because i want to buy one but want to make sure its worth it?

The screen is sewn (thanks to my wife!) it's hard to see in the video, it is pretty durable. I got it off of ebay, there is plenty out there, best if you can buy a remanent - you will save a few dollars this way! Yes it is 1000d
The ball rollout is so unrealistic it's shameful. It would be nice if you had the option of different ball flight views like on Trackman.

My screen is made of cordura, projector is a BenQ MX511 XGA (not HD) $499 at Staples right now (Canada).
