The ads that show up on random videos now are getting really annoying. i don't mind if there are a few small ones on the site, but only as long as they don't BLOCK the contents of the video that i came to see! That's the reason i left Veoh. you MUST watch a 30 second ad before the vid starts and close every ad that pops up ~every 5 minutes or you can't read the subtitles! Can we do something to keep youtube from buchering it's reason for being the same way?

The DMCA is in itself a broken system so it is doubly bad that YouTube has a notoriously bad way of handling it. They falsely claim that there is a legal remedy for wrongful DMCA's but not many people have the money and the time to waste trying to subpoena an unhelpful YouTube for the IP details of the perpertrator and then again to subpoena their ISP (assuming they're not proxied).

It is particularly annoying for all the victims who don't even live in the USA where the DMCA is irrelavent.

I know that you mainly aim at creationist abusers, but the same can be applied to Scientologist YouTube users as well. Many videos addressing Scientology abuses have been taken down due to Scientology's attempt at suppressing free speech. Videos have been taken down due to Terms of Use Violation likely due to false flagging. I'm sick of YouTube not taking action to fix this.
