Yes... we have many issues here in St Peters Leicester that our group deal with.
Littering is merely one of them. Additional issues which we also focus on are criminal damage, graffiti, drug dealing, illegal parking, poor neighbourhood management or services, lifts that constantly break down, neglect of the green spaces all this whilst they charge £800+ per yr community charge.
So yes.. you are right... we have issues and we intend to continue to caste a spotlight on them for all to see.
Hence why we are trying to do something about the litter here...
I note that Wigston does have however rampant issues with anti social behaviour from 2nd generation louts and yobs... especially in around shopping precincts in evenings.
Our issues tend to revolve around high levels of low level crime... littering... fly tipping. What we don't really see much of here is the outrite loutish behaviouir seen in Wigston, Beaumont Leys and Braunstone.
