this segment is my personal favourite albums of the year, thus far. which might be why you feel they stick to a certain genre. they definitely do.

...and there's a few albums i picked up this year that are not electro or hip hop that i really wished made the list, in retrospect.

i love you too, andrew. crazy attracts crazy. metric's 'fantasies' is a really good album and they are canadian. there's still time left for them to make my list before year end. i might need to give them a few more spins, though, before i choose.

and i thought brandy's 'human' was released in 2008. anyways, thanks for viewing the vid and leaving me some lurve. wishing you all the best on oct. 13th. i saw your vid on much. so proud.

I also thought Brandy's album "Human" was really well done.

so was Metric's "Fantasies" in fact.. I'd argue that that was the best album of the year.
