  • Looks like you were abit to late with the Cap lense lol. Interesting catch. Check out my new videos at Wabamun i got amazing shots. It sure was a busy day if you noticed there were 3 trains heading west in 20 minutes exact. One every 10 minutes. SEPT 20TH...and cought via rail early morning.

  • @DieselSmoke92 Hahaha yeah, my camera is not the greatest but is perfect for Train Spotting. Yeah I noticed that, it seems like that railway here in Wabamun get busier and busier each day. Just today I caught a really rare CN SD70 Unit 1008 with the IC (Illinois Central) on the side of the cab, I think it is a CN Conversion of an older IC Locomotive.

  • @CNRailWabamun haha yeah i understand about the camera. Wish mine was 1080p lol. Yeah Wabamun, AB seems to be more consistently flowing with trains unlike other areas around the Edson Sub. Did you see my video where CN 8886 un couples the whole train, and hooks onto the 6 open gondolas full of old wabamun power plant rubish? it was cool.

  • @DieselSmoke92 Not yet but I will check it out for sure lol. Sounds awesome, TransAlta has been working like crazy filling up those CN Gondolas right full of the old powerplant lately. I can't wait for CN to bring out one of their smaller diesel locomotives to haul it away, I like seeing those little engines, usually they are SD40-2 Wide Cab engines. Sure would be nice to see a GP9 someday.

  • @CNRailWabamun Yeah i've barley seen any SD40's on the Edson Sub. You see them all the time on the Sangudo Submile but that line is very quiet. That SD70M-2 really had power to pull that whole train by its self!
