i haven't really played metal gear solid 4, but as far as I can see and other say. The new raiden is actually a bad ass. Just look at the moves he was doing.
I'm not sure if you're aware about the Hideo Kojima countdown. But I think it about Raiden for MGS5 or something else big. I'm not sure what's more exciting halo3 odst or the new MGS5, because they're both big titles from different consoles.

What the hell is IGN on! I think MGS4 is a great game, it's the best ps3 exclusive yet, and that it's the best game out of the Metal Gear (notice how I say Metal Gear not just Metal Gear Solid) series. But, I wouldn't give a perfect 10 out of 10!

Also I forgot...MGS4! It sold 3 million copies within two weeks. What's so surprising about that? It WAS NOT mass promoted like HALO 3 where Microsoft spent ($10 mill.) on promotions from laundry, to 7Eleven slurpees, etc. Imagine being promoted on a mass scale! The game was also unbelievable, after beating it on BBH.

Now, I'm not saying that all 360 games are made from money lusting people...and I the same could be said for the PS3 with money lusting game creators. However, it's a fact that the PS3 doesn't have as many games as the 360 so those types of games aren't made to an steroided extent of the 360. You don't want to realize the truth, thus trying to defend yourself. I've realized shit, and it makes sense with Sony's plan.
What it really comes down to is the games. Yeah the 360 has more than likely more people, but this leads to companies making one hit wonders. Why? To get your money out of you from a game that'll probably only have a sequel. PS3 exclusive games are made from the same general people for atleast 10 years, and put the deepest consideration into making the games for their most loyal fans. Thus Hideo Kojima.

Microsoft released the 360 with a 33% failure rate because they knew people would buy it as the only next-gen console. Sony would have been ashamed if they did that.

To really sum it up. You haven't made a single point besides 360 has more games than PS3 (True) The 360 has more people (True) but have you ever thought of the fact that the 360 has a full year on the PS3? You didn't realize that didn't you. The PS3 is a long-term hardcore gamer system (The wii is successful and great because of the price and the audience it reaches out too. Can't argue with that. Damn unique system.) But in terms of hardcore, the PS3 is built for the long run.
360 can't brag about long franchises or loyal fan bases. It's from game to game for the 360. Also, have you realized that atleast three major games originated from the Playstation? Devil May Cry, GTA, and soon to come RE5? You haven't realized that. But I can't complain with the fact that the 360 needs games from the Playstation franchise in order to get people to buy their consoles. I believed that both DMC and GTA had the most potential if it were on PS3. But nope, 360 had to hold it back.
Also, the you've got your "opinion" on the PS3's games fanbase all wrong. If anything, the PS3 for each game has a deep fanbase. You ever looked at the titles I mentioned? Tekken 6 (6 Past Games) SOCOM: Confrotation (5th Game in a long franchise) OUt of the blue but Metal Gear (Goes back to NES,PS1, and PS2) and Final Fantasy "13" *actually 14 because of the "Versus" These are some of the few games that have a deep franchise and fanbase. They are coming to the PS3.
The 360 has reached its limit in terms of power, admit it. If anything you need to BUY another hard drive just to play certain games. MGS4 was a great game for it's unique storyline and gameplay. No other game can match it...that's a fact...thus people buying PS3 bundles just for this game. Also, I believe that MGS4 didn't use up the PS3's power. You know why? Because 5-6 hours of the game was cinematic not gameplay. Imagine taking out those scenes and using the memory left on other games.
Your two good games are H3 and GOW. H3 is an HD version of H2 and didn't deliver to the hype, you don't want to admit it. Forge? New suits? Guns? Isn't that occurring in all games? GOW was good and unique because of it's covering system and style of gameplay.
If you say that the list you gave me are games you would be still playing years from now that's a straight lie. SOCOM 2 has proven from gameplay that people still play the game even when it was released 5+ years ago.

The PS3 has other "killer apps" that are out or coming out. It has just as many 9+ games as the X-Box 360.

Let me name you just some of the features that the ps3 has: HDMI, cell, completebackwards compatibility (except the 40gb one), and its greatest asset, the bluray disc (and it's also worth mentioning that it's currently the BEST bluray dvd player). NONE of those were on the ps2. The 360 is just an xbox with better graphics, slightly improved online, and a price that is not equal to its quality. By the way, most of the games you mentioned were sequels.

Great game but still I felt that cause they wanted to end it, they crushed alot of the story in into this one to try and make sense and I would of like to change some of how the stroy turns out at the end, it's kinda like Hideo couldn't to leave it quickly enough. That being said I loved the game 14 out of 10 and the gameplay is sick.
Oh yeah,did I forget to mention about all your Live stuff is coming for free on the PS3? Im glad that I switched to the PS3, after I sold my 360 I found out from my friend the RROD had hit it. Also I forgot...MGS4! It sold 3 million copies within two weeks. What's so surprising about that? It WAS NOT mass promoted like HALO 3 where Microsoft spent ($10 mill.) on promotions from laundry, to 7Eleven slurpees, etc. Imagine being promoted on a mass scale! The game was also unbelievable, after beating it on BBH.

Yes again, 360 has more games (sounds like a broken record) but out of all the released exclusive games Gears, Halo, and Mass were the only games that were brilliant. But, H3 was way overhyped and didn't deliver that punch. Yes, it sold a lot but gameplay wise was essentially the same.(H2 in HD?) You have to admit it. Okay. Banjo Kazooie was a good for the N64. So was Sonic for the Sega/Dreamcast...look what happened to it on the 360. It's a fact that 360 has more people and more games than PS3, ever considered there's a full year gap inbetween console releases? Now, I'm not saying that all 360 games are made from money lusting people...and I the same could be said for the PS3 with money lusting game creators. However, it's a fact that the PS3 doesn't have as many games as the 360 so those types of games aren't made to an steroided extent of the 360. What it really comes down to is the games. Yeah the 360 has more than likely more people, but this leads to companies making one hit wonders. Why? To get your money out of you from a game that'll probably only have a sequel. PS3 exclusive games are made from the same general people for atleast 10 years, and put the deepest consideration into making the games for their most loyal fans. Thus Hideo Kojima.

Assuming that every game company has a motivation as shallow as yours would be is just ignorant. They do wan't to make money, but they care for the customer too.
Microsoft released the 360 with a 33% failure rate because they knew people would buy it as the only next-gen console. Sony would have been ashamed if they did that.

To really sum it up. You haven't made a single point besides 360 has more games than PS3 (True) The 360 has more people (True) but have you ever thought of the fact that the 360 has a full year on the PS3? You didn't realize that didn't you. The PS3 is a long-term hardcore gamer system (The wii is successful and great because of the price and the audience it reaches out too. Can't argue with that. Damn unique system.) But in terms of hardcore, the PS3 is built for the long run.

360 can't brag about long franchises or loyal fan bases. It's from game to game for the 360. Also, have you realized that atleast three major games originated from the Playstation? Devil May Cry, GTA, and soon to come RE5? You haven't realized that. But I can't complain with the fact that the 360 needs games from the Playstation franchise in order to get people to buy their consoles. I believed that both DMC and GTA had the most potential if it were on PS3. But nope, 360 had to hold it back.

Also, the you've got your "opinion" on the PS3's games fanbase all wrong. If anything, the PS3 for each game has a deep fanbase. You ever looked at the titles I mentioned? Tekken 6 (6 Past Games) SOCOM: Confrotation (5th Game in a long franchise) OUt of the blue but Metal Gear (Goes back to NES,PS1, and PS2) and Final Fantasy "13" *actually 14 because of the "Versus" These are some of the few games that have a deep franchise and fanbase. They are coming to the PS3.

The 360 has reached its limit in terms of power, admit it. If anything you need to BUY another hard drive just to play certain games. MGS4 was a great game for it's unique storyline and gameplay. No other game can match it...that's a fact...thus people buying PS3 bundles just for this game. Also, I believe that MGS4 didn't use up the PS3's power. You know why? Because 5-6 hours of the game was cinematic not gameplay. Imagine taking out those scenes and using the memory left on other games.

Your two good games are H3 and GOW. H3 is an HD version of H2 and didn't deliver to the hype, you don't want to admit it. Forge? New suits? Guns? Isn't that occurring in all games? GOW was good and unique because of it's covering system and style of gameplay.
If you say that the list you gave me are games you would be still playing years from now that's a straight lie. SOCOM 2 has proven from gameplay that people still play the game even when it was released 5+ years ago.

If anything...I prefer quality over quantity. You can launch 10 exclusive games on the 360 and I'll take the 1 quality game on the PS3 over them anytime. Tell me 5 games that are exclusive to the 360 (Except the typical H3 and GOW) Bioshock and Mass Effect were pretty good but what else? I've given you two now give me three more. 360 has more games than the PS3 so I shouldn't technically be able to give you a list. Quality over quantity brother. In a sense yes (H3 overhyped, havent played GOW in over a year, Mass Effect was good) the shitload of quantity games the 360 gives are mediocre at best. I mentioned more than one game. Halo 3 and Gears of War didn't get perfect scores from any major gaming sites that I know of. At least not from IGN, GAMESPOT, Game Informer, or GameTralers.
Your list isn't longer... The PS3 has a longer list simply because of all of the old PS2 franchises. You can say they're all bad if you want, but millions of people love them.
Tekken and God of War are pretty much the best franchises of their genre. The only possible match for Tekken is Soul Calibur...

The PS3 has other "killer apps" that are out or coming out. It has just as many 9+ games as the X-Box 360.
The X-Box 360 has Halo 3 and Gears of War? The PS3 has MGS 4 and Resistance: FoM... You can list any other 9+ games for the X-Box 460, and I will be able to name a game that matches it.
I would rather have a game console with a bunch of 9+ games and features than a console with a bunch of 9+ games. If the X-Box 360 has your favorite games then cool, but the PS3 just as many...

Let me name you just some of the features that the ps3 has: HDMI, cell, completebackwards compatibility (except the 40gb one), and its greatest asset, the bluray disc (and it's also worth mentioning that it's currently the BEST bluray dvd player). NONE of those were on the ps2. The 360 is just an xbox with better graphics, slightly improved online, and a price that is not equal to its quality. By the way, most of the games you mentioned were sequels.

The dual layer bluray disc can hold up to 50gb while the dual layer dvd can hold only a mere 8gb. cant take criticism. i understand. xbox has been superior i dont see how it should stop now after one new game on the ps3. many ps3 owners, (im going to say 40% at least) have only 1-2 games for ps3 including mgs4, many even admit its in the dust.
i dont mind if you dont comment back i just wanted to reply to your fanboyism. calling popular xbox games average and hopeing the new ones wont be played is fanboyism

Great game but still I felt that cause they wanted to end it, they crushed alot of the story in into this one to try and make sense and I would of like to change some of how the stroy turns out at the end, it's kinda like Hideo couldn't to leave it quickly enough. That being said I loved the game 14 out of 10 and the gameplay is sick.

Oh yeah,did I forget to mention about all your Live stuff is coming for free on the PS3? Im glad that I switched to the PS3, after I sold my 360 I found out from my friend the RROD had hit it. Also, the community on the 360 is a majority of immature/racist kids. The PS3 has its share of kids but not to the extent of the 360. Come speak to me after you can explain the +30% failure on the 360, and mention some games that are exclusive and will be badass, GOW is already mentioned.

ill explain the 30% failure, it happend to me anfter the 1st month i got it. i returned it but kept my harddrive and controls. i got a new one back and i now have an extra controller and anoth harddrive baddass huh? ps3 is getting new fetures but xbl will always be superior, more dlc for nonexclusives making them better for xbox. ps3 will never be as good

Yup, I didn't say PS3 didn't have a immature idiots. I mentioned the PS3 did have a handful of idiots but not to the overblown comparison to the 360. You say you got another controller and hard drive good for you, but you probably had to wait a set amount of time...you'd be lying if you said you got it back within the month. Also, your explanation doesn't answer to the failure rate the point it shouldn't happen in the first place. The only DLC the 360 has going for non-exclusives is GTAIV.

nah i took my 360 to target and got another one right when i returned it, took 30min of my time includiing driving there. but w.e idc if u believe me.
theres dlc for oblivion and many more.
