Actually Big Shield isn't a class skill for Generals in this game, unlike Fe4. It IS though a class skill for Barons.

You forgot to explain that healing has a chance of missing, which is VERY annoying at some points.

Oh its VERY annoying. The first time I missed I was like, wtf????!!!! Then I used another healer and I missed too. That confused me quite a bit. lol
