@vrossv If you find it boring, you may not be doing things correctly. If you are doing the same exercises every week you'll grow tired of it very quickly. Change things up. Not only with the exercises, but try doing alternating DB press instead of generic Barbell Press. Try doing Bosu exploding pushups instead of regular pushups. The key is trying new things, safely. Also, a key factor with myself is having comfortable attire and my music. Crucial for me to stay on task.

You're elbows are moving and you're rocking back and fort, also your chin should be up and not looking down. Like I've posted in your lat/trap video, you should really reconsider your certification as being the best. Also, do some cardio, you seem crushed after 1 set of curls. Also not showing proper breathing technique. Just by having your head down you're cutting off alot of oxygen, should look at ur video while ur face gets all read. Keep that chin up and elbows tucked in.

@CPTftw14 This workout is designed to fatigue the slow twitch muscle fibers so much that the brain must recruit dormant(fibers not being used) in order to complete the demanded stress placed upon the muscle during the contraction. This is accomplished by doing a stable, 2-1-2 rep, exercise immediately followed by an instable 3-2-1 exercise of the same body part. By doing this, we exhaust the active fibers in the first exercise, then immediately jump into muscle confusion & recruit dormant fibers

A superset refers to two independent exercises performed in rapid succession to produce a greater flow of blood to muscles...increasing growth...hormones and all...generally you use two opposed muscle groups (bi's and tri's or pecs and lats) and you use good form on your curls. (not swinging your arms like a mall walker) I'm glad it works for you, but don't be a bad example for people who want to do it right.

@papacrom There are many forms of supersets, yes. But this is the type I prefer due to the endurance that one will gain from this specific type of supersetting. Once I have quickly fatigued the biceps but doing the alternating curls(or the mall walkers, as you called it), I quickly jump into a slow eccentric contraction curl with a 2 second hold during the isometric. The fibers are so fatigued on the first set that, during the slow superset, the brain is required to recruit more muscle fibers-

For mass building(Hypertrophy), you will want to stay away from supersets. Try doing your workouts with 4 sets of 8-10 reps, :30 second breather between each set, and 3 exercises for each muscle group.

First of all, I knew I'd find someone like you to comment and try and 1 up me in my video. You guys are out there and think you know more than the person in the actual video. So you come along, give my video a bad rating, and leave some ignorant comment. My way does work. I have outstanding results with clients. Put a video up and THEN you may comment. Thanks.
