As always the focus is misplaced, energy is being wasted. The danger is Democracy that allows majority and party politics to extract and re-allocate money from people. For example 75% of voters are affirmative-action recipients (if you include gays and women) conveniently call themselves a minority. If you remove women from AA, whites will vote out AA in no time :) Solution is simple - send to Washington only politicians who understand & will obey the constitution (Section 8), like Ron Paul.
