I figured the real meaning of his song choice is not about POT but about what is going on in Ottawa. The PM survived a No Confidence Motion with his friends the NDP. He survived other attempts to bring him down before, again with the help of his so-called friends, but he still stays high as our leader.

I loved the irony of his song choice and his superb humor. Great going PM!!!
