Love the song absolutely to death, heard the band on cap radio and couldn't wait for an album to be released, but this video is the epitome of predictability, at the same time completely pointless in its relationship to the lyrics and visually taking the lyrics too literally.

Went to see The Album Leaf last night at Le Poisson Rouge in New York. Sister Crayon was one of the opening bands, but they were so damn good I left wishing they were the main act. They seriously blew my mind.

It has no function or depth in relation to the song. The video works more as still shots, because it 'looks cool'. I don't think the ambiguity is complementary. Sister Crayon are a gifted band, I've seen them live and appreciate their music. But the abstraction of being 'artsy' through this video is not the way to go.
