The shout that you found is right above a ruin called Volkskygge. It's one of the shouts you can find by getting a letter from a 'friend'. if you explore all the way through the ruin it eventually leads there. I guess you found the shortcut. :)

Best thing I've found you can do against a dragon priest is summon a Storm Atronach...or whatever element the priest uses. I used one for Morokei in the College and it slaughtered him.

The spell the Dragon Priest used was Ice Spike, you can learn it by the court mage in Dragonreach, Whiterun. The spell is pretty good and I still use it and im a level 32.

it isn't a hidden one, its connected with one of the ancient ruins, there is a door right next to it, that leads you into the ruins

but it is an easyer way to get up there :p
