  • I have another question. Once you can do a lot of reps for an exercise like leg lifts would you add more weight so that you stay in the 15-25 rep range?

  • @BuRt0n1zAt10N yes you'll have to increase resistance through more weights or add a variation like doing a side leg raise or changing the grip and placement of your hands, there are a million of this you can d to increase the intensity......the next videos i'll do will be in 3's...beginners, intermediate and advanced .STAY STRONG

  • @MrSupermanrocks depends on your goal, i usually do mine 4 days a week for about 15-20mins at end of my workout..STAY STRONG

  • @jeweetflow hey sup bro, no its not a STUPID question but quite smart. I usually swap the hands after each set and my last set i do half and half, but since the video wasn't the full workout it only captured one arm. But good you mentioned it, i should mention in the videos swap hands which i think most people do but there might be some people who may need for it to be mentioned. STAY STRONG thanks
