amazes me the level of intelligence being expressed by some folks here about a subject they absolutely no nothing about, let alone do any real research into it, except there own infated opinions on the matter, which shows more there ignorance, and lack of any real education on there part, than any thing really said by them, which for the most part is just nothing but hot air.

Notice he said "An entire section on American history" and then pointed up a bunch of Christians, like that *is* American history. Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to say, "the history of Christianity in America," unless one is positing that only Christianity matters in American history. Hmmmm.
In the UK y/day on news they showed Muslim Faith schools where they teach kids the folowing verse: "Jews are donkeys, Christians are pigs" and they refuse to withdraw those books!!!
Are u waiting to be massacred like Armenians during the Genocide??
When did Jesus sit on the throne of Israel as a proper and valid King Messiah which he would have to have done to fulfill Old testament prophesy?
Where does the Old Testament state that a King Messiah would come once, be killed, be raised from the dead, and require a second coming to accomplish what he failed to do the first time around?
Well, I guess we just can't agree on the validity of Jesus' messiahship. That's o.k. You have a right to your beliefs. I just happen to believe mine are true. Did you look at the passage I mentioned?
I believe the passage was referring to the Jewish messiah alas the Jews rejected Jesus as that messiah, on a further note the whole man/god/death/resurrection myth is not unique to Christianity or Jesus, many pagan belief systems which pre date Christianity have this same storyline.
He considers Martin Luther a hero? Martin Luther caused the death of hundreds of thousands of German peasants and he viciously hated jews and inspired Hitler's hatred of jews as well. Why doesn't this guy tell people to read the bible to learn about the christian faith? That is what christians need to do.
We think of such men as heroes of the faith because they did such extrodinary things for their faith. But, what is truly extrodinary is that God would use such sinful men as we all are to bring about His will.
"Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him" (1 John 3:6), "No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God" (1 John 3:9 NIV), "We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin, the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one does not touch him" (1 John 5:18 NIV).

Hey, if you made any more jokes, I might start thinking you were trying to cover up an attempt at conversion. But at least that's not the case, eh?

Answer two simple questions about Jesus.

1)He will
2)Isaiah 53:3-5

Please read the Question again," Valid King messiah" not your Christian messiah
Nowhere in Isaiah does it ans the second question

Yes I did and your point is what exactly?
Blackfingernail 5 years ago
That the messiah was to suffer and die. Whom do you think the passage is referring to?

I don't mean to be rude or something. But I would be happy to see any scientific support for your beliefs. Thank you!

Sinful? Christians are perfect!
