Yamaha PSR-8000 in UK currently pick up for around £350. Next one along was the PSR-9000. MUCH better keyboard and can pick up for around £450 - £600is, the pro version about £750 but is 88 key and has no speakers. PSR-8000 was a great keyboard, I had one. The PSR-9000 was definitely better. I have just ordered a new Tyros 2. I missed the Tyros 1 due to lack of money.
i think you're a great keyboard player a+++++....i'm getting this keyboard in about a week can you tell me abit about it...like what it does...thanks you're great
YUP they are too the best of whats available out there!!..i didn't even realize i could see all the voices right at the begining of your videoI sure WISH my keyboard came with the 8ooo's thunbs wheels, watching i fully get to see how quickly a person can get things down, compared to my board :(
Excellent to see to see some 8000 blood!! I have the Psr9000, could you tell me what voices you played?
I think i know there's for sure 'Technobrass' in there..is it on some sort of poly&what number poly is that at? I really enjoyed all 104 measures!(least thats what i could count)
Thanks Sev3seven - its a fantastic keyboard isnt it! I love the 9000 too, you really can't beat Yamahas can you. You're right, I did use technobrass - along with another synth called FIREWIRE, and for the tinkly bit I used a glockenspeil, marimba and music box!
yesssssssss i love it :)

How much? And hey its good to hear that nice remixes from a PSR-8000! But if you use a synth for that, that's better, I think.
