The thing is... When in a void if something enters that void those things that enter it mean everything. If you fill out music too much then there is no non-music or silence or at least silent parts to compare it with. To see the color white one must have a darker background than that of the color white. So as a musician you need to economize your playing. Dont play too much. Limit yourself.
