Also if u do intense workouts that include cardio/strength training/core all in the same workout such as 10 minute traniner for 30 days which i would recommend doing at least 2 or all 3 video for only 30 minutes daily you will def see results it comes with a calendar to give u a break once a wk

And make sure you drink water all the time 5-8 Glases of Water depending ...... But make Sure you take Little Snacks to School so you wohnt Starve And your Body can keep digesting. one thing, youre not supposto be burning off the same amount of calories as you eat, youll be setting yourself up for an eating disorder, myself i went through anorexia and i learnt that yes eating constantly is good for you but you are supposto be getting at least 900 calories into your system or your burning off all the protein from your food which you do not want to do, your intake on calories on a daily basis should be about 1500 calories not including your fruits or/and vegetables

@redcobra59 Eat 5 small meals a day breakfast is important!!! lunch and dinner with 2 small snacks.. make your meal in smaller portions.. calories wouldn't do much watch your carbohydrates around 150 a day and less salt, salt makes you bloated.. When you eat breakfast make sure you eat within an hour of you waking up!! if you want to go by calories take your weight like 150 to maintain weight it will be 1500 calories to loss weight take it 300 less like 1200!! You can go to your doctors and they can tell you how many calories you burn without moving all day. After that you can use that information to see how many calories you should eat per day to loose weight. Personally, I burn 1,400 calories without exercise so to loose weight I am trying not to eat more than that and also exercising off calories. This way I will only be burning calories.

Why is it so fucking hard to just eat better, exercise, and not deprive yourself of food. Everyone wants to lose weight fast and within 3 days, your body doesn't work like that. You didn't gain 10 lbs within 3 days, so don't expect your body to drop that amount of weight in 3 days. I hate videos like this, because all it does is foster fad dieting and e.ds.

@tarakkhandakar alot of videos here don't do exactly what they promised.. in my opinion it shouldn't even be called a diet. Diets end once you reach your goal weight, causing you to slowly gain it all back. A couple lifestyle changes will guarentee you to loose as much weight as possible. I, personally do not watch exact calorie intake, and have seen results just by eating low sodium, fat, and caloric foods while drinking plenty of water and exercisng.. Hope this helped!! :D

This video my wife did is not very detailed I am in the military and if you ask me i'll knock 15 pounds of you with six meals a day and actually paying attention to your calories and on what type of calories you are eating. I think it's a tad bit irresponsible for you to post this video. A pound is 3,500 calories. You're saying that you can lose 35,000 calories in 3 days. Not going to happen unless this person is working out from sun up to sun down. What you have "lost" is water/fluid. If you are getting too little cals what you will lose is muscle. Muscle burns fat so you don't want to lose that. Even a person that is in bed all day should have 1,200 cals per day of whole/healthy foods.
Your body will go into starvation mode on 1000 calories a day, once you exercise you loose even more calories and eventually you will over eat, if you want to eat 1000 cal. and be healthy you will have to bring down your BMI level and this will put u art 100 lbs.(which is not healthy for most adults) say if you want to be 150lbs just multiply that by 10, then you should eat 1500 calories.

Do NOT eat only 1000 calories per day. This will slow your metabolism and you'll be hungry all the time...and probably break down and eat too much later. It is also difficult to build muscle unless you consume MORE calories than you burn.

Some good tips (no breaking news though). Now that said, if new to exercise, be checked bu your doc first. Lastly and importantly 10lbs in three days is not possible. Or it will be mostly water. Be realistic, loosing wait is a slow long term lifestyle change not a race... This why most people do not succed...they take it as a race.

You can go to your doctors and they can tell you how many calories you burn without moving all day. After that you can use that information to see how many calories you should eat per day to loose weight. Personally, I burn 1,400 calories without exercise so to loose weight I am trying not to eat more than that and also exercising off calories. This way I will only be burning calories.

Why is it so fucking hard to just eat better, exercise, and not deprive yourself of food. Everyone wants to lose weight fast and within 3 days, your body doesn't work like that. You didn't gain 10 lbs within 3 days, so don't expect your body to drop that amount of weight in 3 days. I hate videos like this, because all it does is foster fad dieting and e.ds.

another thing that she missed to tell everyone is that when you thing 5-6 meals a day make sure you look up perportion your 5-6 meals a day shoudl equal your 3 meals a day that you eat now cause believe me it does not take long to reach 1000 calories

i believe that you can do 1,000 calorie diet without your body having a problem with it i mean if you are a heavy eater then yes for a little while it will suck but then your body itself will stop needing as much i actually eat about 900 calories a day and i feel fine

@tarakkhandakar alot of videos here don't do exactly what they promised.. in my opinion it shouldn't even be called a diet. Diets end once you reach your goal weight, causing you to slowly gain it all back. A couple lifestyle changes will guarentee you to loose as much weight as possible. I, personally do not watch exact calorie intake, and have seen results just by eating low sodium, fat, and caloric foods while drinking plenty of water and exercisng.. Hope this helped!! :D

This video my wife did is not very detailed I am in the military and if you ask me i'll knock 15 pounds of you with six meals a day and actually paying attention to your calories and on what type of calories you are eating. If you eat 1,000 calories of junk and do a sissy workout nothings going to happen. I got my wife from 210 to 155 pounds in a year. with the weight staying off.

lets do some math, ladies.
1lb=3500 calories.
it takes about 1200calories just to run your normal body systems without any activity (heartbeat, brain, lungs... important stuff).
1 mile of walking or running takes [very] roughly 100 calories used.
In order to lose 10lbs you need to create a deficit of 35,000 calories. To reach this deficit in 3 days you would have to eat nothing, at all, and run/walk 96.6miles a day.
Good luck with that.

when i was in the eighth grade i went on these diets like crazzzy. id lose weight and then gain it id lose wieght and then gain. Im a yoyo dieter and my weight i struggle with my weight. tis the year 2012 i will no longer let overeating be my master and i will NOT be a slave to ANYTHING. just eat healthy and get active Its funny how simple it is.

I think it's a tad bit irresponsible for you to post this video. A pound is 3,500 calories. You're saying that you can lose 35,000 calories in 3 days. Not going to happen unless this person is working out from sun up to sun down. What you have "lost" is water/fluid. If you are getting too little cals what you will lose is muscle. Muscle burns fat so you don't want to lose that. Even a person that is in bed all day should have 1,200 cals per day of whole/healthy foods.

Your body will go into starvation mode on 1000 calories a day, once you exercise you loose even more calories and eventually you will over eat, if you want to eat 1000 cal. and be healthy you will have to bring down your BMI level and this will put u art 100 lbs.(which is not healthy for most adults) say if you want to be 150lbs just multiply that by 10, then you should eat 1500 calories.

You probably have an eating disorder and are ruining your organs, muscles, skin, hair, nails, outer beauty and if you are a woman your reproductive cycle - not to mention you will get cranky eventually. If you have the strength to eat only 500 cals you have the strength to be a vegan who eats atleast 1200 caloies per day. That will keep you healthy and slim.

Do NOT eat only 1000 calories per day. This will slow your metabolism and you'll be hungry all the time...and probably break down and eat too much later. It is also difficult to build muscle unless you consume MORE calories than you burn.

um, BatALash, they do it on biggest loser all the time. if you do pretty much what sponsoringondemand is saying, she is saying what all the nutritionists are trying to say. Eat healthy, reasonable portions with a healthy snack in between meals. When you cut back meals, your body freaks and goes to starvation mode and stores. Tell it, not to panic, by feeding it regularly and be sure you work and to burn off excess and convert what should be converted to muscles and such.

Some good tips (no breaking news though). Now that said, if new to exercise, be checked bu your doc first. Lastly and importantly 10lbs in three days is not possible. Or it will be mostly water. Be realistic, loosing wait is a slow long term lifestyle change not a race... This why most people do not succed...they take it as a race.
