@sonnyhe2002 welll yea... if they are not maintained in good condition yess.. they will be slow.. show me a vid of ur 95 camry,and a test drive and walkaround. also 92-96 are known to be real sexy cars they jus need a few details. look around on youtube..people put there camrys to a hot car!!;). if you want ill let you kno wat you can do to make ur camry faster and smoother..just ask me. mine is a 93 i4 currently still being modded. and im racing with bmws infinits mazda rx-7 chargers etc.

@sonnyhe2002 1.short ram air intake/cold air intake. the kit will run you about to $150-200. but if you just want the filter it will run you to $25 at ur local auto parts store,advance auto parts,pepboys etc.look at my vids for my intake:) 2.intake fan gas fuel saver about $30 also giving more hp!! these are do it yourself things at home but feel free to ask me anymore questions. also get a tune up. and also a engine flush would help about $100 and a tranny flush will be about$100.

only thing thats wrong with it is my check engine light is on cause my O2 sensor is f'ed

Just take the lightbulb from the 2 or L and put it in the D. You barely use them, so it's a pretty simple fix. It's more work to get to the lights than the replace them.

Dude i own one and if you take Overdrive Off (O/D Off) and Power (PWR) on. Then drop it to Low(L) gear then 2nd(2) then Drive while redlining it you'll go faster. I've gotten mine over 100 mph and mines a 4 cylinder station wagon LE

yeah, the "D" light in the dash always burns out on these generations of Camrys. It was like that on my '93 and later my '95. it's a very common occurance, but you can simply look down at the tranny shifter and it will tell u what position you're in. still, damn those crappy little lighbulbs, lol.

It doesnt really say "reverse", the D should have a green square to show your in drive, but it went out so the orange stands out at night on the "R" for reverse

Flooring it will be bad, unless u got it tuned up. Flooring it in like 2nd/3rd gear, it just rides it wide open and the rpms jump but like gain real slow..3/4th the pedal then once the throttle hits HIGH then u drop it to the floor

Yea, i just bought a used 95 camry (90k miles) and it does have a stock hp of 125. Im only 16 and wondering if flooring a car as weak as a camry will break it. Im afraid to floor mine because i dont wanna have mechanical problems in the future.

You shouldn't floor it unless you have a tune up and a good timing belt, and wait until it gets up to speed not a good idea to "jack rabbit" from a standstill with that car....I have a Taurus, but also am able to drive a camry too...

If you want to avoid your car breaking down on you, don't horse it around. Doing things like this to a car puts extra wear on it mechanically.  I do it to my car (check my vids), but it's ok because I hate my car.

I have also a camry 2.2 with 136 HP, and it doesn´t sound so slow to reach 60 ... Check out your ignition time or your injection system because it sounds like something is worth to be fixed...

Well i wish i had the V6, but it just has a 2.2L I4, once it gets to about 70 then it is slow as heck

No way, that camry had a 3.0L V6 with 188-200 HP. the reason why it was a little on the slow side is because of its first gear, as you can see nothing really happend until it hit 4000rpm, change the gears and that thing will fly!

95 and 96 Camrys lost a few horsepower because of new emission standards. I think it's 125 HP stock.
