Champions Online - Doomsday Device! (Izzy VS Nemesis)

Hey if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated...so I installed this game (from the official web page not from steam) and I started playing it... graphics look good (sometimes) and sound is good (although some times it goes mute automatically) but when I launch an attack the power animation doesnt show....I have warcraft installed too and im thinking of uninstaling it....If you know the reason please tell me....

When I get my nemesis, I'm gonna have it the opposite to my char, so we both have hard times fighting each other. It'll be awesomesauce.

Yes, it's one of the Nemesis missions. You can create your own Nemesis at level 25, you can choose his/her personality, his/her look, his/her powers, what minions he/she has and what his/her name is. Then you get Nemesis quests now and then.

@championsonlinevideos and yeh, I started playing from launch and remember having to 3 man gigaton, I came back spent half an hour dinging my new toon and soloed him with a lvl 7 martial artist so damned easy

I came back to the game after about six months last week, it has improved massively but I still have that facemelting lag no matter how good a pc im on, sort out the bloody servers cryptic :D

I was really looking forward to this game, but after doing some research I got that the game is hugely lacking in the content department and that they keep changing things to make the game harder for players just to make what little there is last longer. Has the game improved in any way or should I give it more time OR just look elsewhere?

@izeckx We never got to 40 before (Both at 30 now) and we don't know what happens then. I heard that there are many 40-only quests. When I started playing it (I think it was september last year) the game was way harder than now. Now it is possible to solo most missions, no teams required. I like it.

The game is STILL improving. They already added one more powerset, a few new travelpowers (Altough they are way too hard to get. It takes about a week to get the components for a blueprint, then you need to collect components to craft it) and I heard there's going to be a big update this year. If you reach level 40, you can still start all over again. There are many different ways to play the game and it doesn't get boring. There are also many different kinds of PVP.
