I've tried to quit dipping several times. The physical withdrawals from nicotine only last a week or so. Easy to kick. The mental addiction on the other hand is tough. Day to day man. Inspire me.

Keep at it. The headaches could even be from the lack of cigarettes. It's hard to tell, but I'm sure you can keep at it, Alan.

I had two family members who quit by pure luck because they ended up in the hospital, didn't have any and quit cold turkey.

The hardest times will be while you're around others that smoke. That's the true test of will. I'd recommend having gum on hand after the first week, just for something to help with the oral fixation. Just might help keep you from the urge.

Hang in there bro. Chantix worked for me, but you have to give it time to build up in your system. I thought I would never quit. I have been smoke free since August 2007. The first month is the hardest, so just hang in there. Good Luck

Hey Alan, I must have missed the original video but it is great that you are doing this. Just like many things in life, most of the time change is tough but the ultimate result of this change will def be well worth it. The first week of change is usually the hardest but once you get into the routine, and you begin to see that your goal is begining to come together, I feel like it will motivate you even more for a healthier future. its normal bro..... my girl did this and you should smoke alittle on the pill the first week... Just stay strong the pill messes with your brain alittle... my girl would always be upset on the pill cause it block the nicatine from the brain... Im next bro
