  • Again. Great music from Britain. Didn't even knew they existed til now. Thank you Britain.

  • seriously, the MOST underated band of the nineties. Self titled album was one of the best I had in my Britpop collection. So melocoly, sad and beautiful. You were amazing lads, thankyou.

  • About 6 years on from this, it would seem that Peter Docherty (Libertines/ Babyshambles) would be "inspired" by this track, along with his drug buddy and friend, the Wolfman. The song they collaborated on, "For Lovers", sounds remarkably similar to this. Or they both draw from the same sources, French 1960's Quasi Romantic Serge Gainsbourg influenced stuff and Scott Walker / Walker Brothers.

  • Great band. Great song.

  • Hey i love your video please come to see my show, love ya ♥

  • Those record label fuckwits missed a trick dropping possibly the best british band for 20 years. Assholes

  • Неувядающая ,прекрасная песня и великий вокально-инструментальный ансамбль!!!!!!11.07.Summer is over!!!!!!

  • such a lennon rip off

  • Too Cool For School!

  • i love rialto!hug from Indonesia

  • louis elliot bigfans from indonesia

  • i love RIALTO...........

    remind me 4 my ex

    ;P

  • pure rip-off from 'a day in the life'. they just prolonged the build up to lennon's verse and ditched macca's, and changed some of the chord progressions along the way and made a 'new' song of it. guess that's why they never made it big. imitators.

  • @hyfavtab you're right: that's why oasis never made it big either.

  • @twenangst excuse me? oasis were one of the biggest bands worldwide. Rialto wasn't so lucky.

  • @forshorn wow, and there was me thinking people got I-R-O-N-Y. not everyone does, clearly. i suppose if you like a violent mancunian growling into a microphone (nothing wrong with that, it takes all sorts), understanding irony wouldn't come natural

  • All Rialto Fans Should Check Out The Track Catherines Wheel,A Wonderful Song I Think Its On The Second Album.

  • Love this track. Also love Monday Morning 5:19. and Untouchable!

  • sounds like suede

  • Totally underrated band...can't believe they didn't get more air time...

oh lets just go to sleep...

  • Is it my problem? The video is fast-forwarded and shortened.

  • very nice..

  • there is a live version of that song that they performed on vh1.

  • when I was feeling down, i just went to my bed room and listen to this song alone in my room.

    nice memories :)

  • I like this acoustic version, but I kind of wish they would have used the version on the album.

  • i loooove this song!

  • i never saw them live.. did they really have two drummers??

  • yea they had 2 drummers, rare to have 2 drummers, adam n the ants did also, shame they got dropped - if they were around last 5 yrs, they'd of been huge, over the shite thats has been about.

  • looks like summers over shcool 2moro :(

  • Their albums contained only singles. Such a wonderful songcraft.

  • is he talking about seaside heights in new jersey?

  • Probably not as they're an English group that was very conscious of where they come from. If anything it's about their hometown or some place on the English coast.

  • summer really is over for me... school starts tomorrow

  • Thanks for 10 years, Rialto.

  • this is awesome masterpiece..

    rialto...even they gone now..

    still here for me
