i did this workout today (3 rounds),
WOW! it was incredible, i have never sweat this much in such a short time.

Is this the whole workout or just a part of it? Would it be good to start with a max effort lift, do some acessory exercises and then finish with a circuit like that?
i thik this is a workout itself and should not be blended in with other lifting. this is only round one, he said 3 rounds
The purpose of this was conditioning for upcoming fights. You could do it after any workout, much like interval training.
