It 's a cool trick, may look almost unbeliveable for those who don't throw knives, but it is not actually that hard. Not in those conditions. It was a big knife, one spin, thrown without a lot of strenght. Flight was easy to predict, easy to track. And he cought it just before the knife hit, so it was SURE that the pull will be in his hand. But the cooperation of those guys was cool anyway. Fail would hurt :)

That's incredible jack and so are you. You got a quick eye, and if im correct you were analysing the throwers first few throws to visually calculate in your head the distance, speed, position and direction needed to catch that knife.

yeah its because a knife does a certain amount of rotations and for the blade to go into the object it has to be at a certain angle at the end, so basically just rewind in your head the distance and turns and you'll know where to grab... i guess.
