Bet, not many people know about this San Soo technique.. my throat still remembers the day i learned it. lol

Lari is one hell of a guy to work with. guy knows more gd leglocks than any person i have ever met. he only has one speed though, and that speed hurts like hell!

Good basic Japanese JuJitsu double sleeve choke. San Soo has a lot of similar techniques as pre-1880's Jap JuJitsu.

This choke is good just ask Royce Gracie. He talked shit about Judo so the Japanese Gold medalist Yoshida from Japan stepped up and tapped Royce out in about 2-3minutes with a double sleeve choke. Maybe Royce should have watched you tube?
