In Twilight Princess go in Link's basement with the lantern. Have Link look in the mirror, then extinguish the lantern. Dark Link will be his reflection, but his eyes wil be glowing white, not red.

I truly think that dark link holds a very small triforce triangle within him. i mean, its the triangle in the middle, the upside down one. Link and dark link are total oppisites, and so is link's triangle triforce and dark links (up and Down wards)

I think a lot of people overthink Dark Link's purpose. The fanbase has given him far more life than Nintendo ever did. I mean, look at the images spawned from OoT alone. listen to this. when you go into the room with dark link you look into the water and you see links reflection, but once you pass the tree you see it's gone, then when the door has the bars over it you see dark link at the tree. neither of them have a reflection, after you beat him you see link reflection is back, but during the battle they both had shadows so dark link is not links shadow but his reflection!
