Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my sister got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
Ill try this out because im lack on energy. This summer, i used to work full time, and play soccer after work, how ever i did realize i was serious luck of energy, also protein. ill give it a try and let you know.
The shake itself is good, but proteins are overrated? to build muscles you need proteins because that is what muscles are made out of. It's like building a house, you cant build it out of water because it's made out of wood and stone. same thing for your muscles, it's made out of proteins and therefor you need it to build muscles..anyways..the shake itself is good.

@italian1413 Protein is a nutrient that is essential for life. I didnt say protein is bad I said it is overrated. Also to be a pro body builder steroids is a must. Good luck
protein is a must to build muscle though but I like ur method but a protein diet is good to lose weight and greens with interval training and circuit training for 30 to 40 min a day eat six times a day small meals

Hi Mike, I like your channel. I've been checking your channel lately, especially after found out about your inguinal hernia reparation surgery. I had the same surgery on 03/ 04/2011. I had inguinal hernia on both sides, and the reparation procedure was made with laparoscopy. I'm still feel a little bit of pain, doctor said I'll be ok after 8 weeks (I'm on the third week). I can't wait to go back to exercise again.

Okay, I weigh 120 to 122lbs and I'm toned for my size and I bench 165 to 185 with 185 I can do it but not all the way to my chest. My question is. What should I do to keep a toned ripp body like yours? No homo. I have pecks and a 6 pack but I want my abs to stick out. U know. Noticeable. great videos, you are right about the protein, the smartest thing the supplement and magazine companies done was convince ppl they need more protein than is necessary, what better way to get you to empty that tube of 39.99 protein each month there laughing all the way to the bank.
mike i would stick to natural proteins, i use to have diff shakes like muscle milk and they are all garbage.. you should pick up something like "raw protein" from "Garden of Life" it is organic and all natural. i just got some "bobs red mill" all natural whey protein concentrate, and it is pretty good. they are much healthyer than all the other stuff because there are no added ingredients that you don't need.

@vitamixmanmania You can do it without meat, I know plenty of people that do. If you dont mind animal protein you can by a low sodium,fat and carb protein or you can stick to the hemp. Cardio and weights are important for the athletic look. Be open to all training styles from lifting heavy to yoga I know you will accomplish your goals good luck to you
Nice video but you're young , I like to see what someone middle age looks like using this, better yet someone 50+, it's a lot easier to be lean and cut when your 20-30 something.

I admire your passion but I think genetics have a lot to do with the great body you have and I'm sure you spend at least 5 days a week at the gym. Mike I'm a 41 yrs old man that had a triple bypass at age 35. Do to the cancer treatments my heart and lungs were damaged so it is hard for me to do exercises. I weigh 306 at the time, but I will be getting back too in a couple of weeks to let you how it is going.

you are right. eating right, and hard work is key to weight loss. or for any physical fitness goals. ive been going to the gym to workout for the past two months... i workout almost every day. my problem is i get super hungry after my workouts. even when i eat before working out... but i think this shake you created will help my craving. looks really good and from your other comments i can see people like it... Hi Mike, I am currently in the process of taking control of my weight and working out. I tried the smoothie it was delicious and fulling, however, I wanted to know should I eat a meal later in the day, oh just stick with the smoothies to increase my weight loss? OMG!!! I am in the beginning stages of my weight loss. I am female 5"6 and was about 263lbs and everytime I attempt to eat better I am always SUPER hungry....Mike I tried your shake and was full after half. i agree protein is overrated, every cell in the human body runs on glucose, AKA carbs. AND protein is very acidic in the body especially animal protein. For me i like to use whole foods so 3-4 times a week i'll use flax or hemp seeds for a balance of good fats, and there is some protein in there too. Also i'll use blueberries, cherries, or raspberries.... something i can get that is fresh. just as good as acai. and they are cheaper i get mine from a bush in my yard.
Hey Mike, saw ur workout vid last year and that shit was dope. I lost about 60 pounds within a 3 month span just working out twice a day, cardio an hour in the morning and evening. I ate all the right foods, felt good starting school. School started and i gained everything back. I just cant find the inspiration to get bak into the gym.

Thank u so much for this info! I joined the biggest loser compitition in our county and lost 23 lbs in 10 weeks. I couldn't have done it without the shake! A shake in the morning, Luna bar for lunch and my regular dinner. And eating ham, turkey or chicken slices or fruit or yogurt between meals. Also walking 3 or 4 miles 5 days a week, (about 60 to 80 minutes). Again... THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Why not just eat a green smoothie and eat all organic whole foods? I use one avacado,1.5 bannas,one apple,2 tsp of cacao,large handful of kale.1/2 vanilla bean,tsp spirolina or afa algae,1 tsp maca and Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon.

Ok youtube i have been drinking this shake every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks now and working out Monday-Saturday very hard. Let me say that this shake is all you need for major energy. IF I were you I would try a vegetarian diet but mix it with some hemp/whey protein you can find that type of protein online or in store like whole foods. Other wise I limit any red meat eating to a very small amount and focus on eating fish and 70% of your meals should consist of nuts, beans, vegetables and good fats such as avacados etc

It called hemp/whey by biochem you can find it on line as well as whole foods. I recommend this to people twice a day if their looking for weight loss by I only consume it once a day

Yes I do eat meats, just not a lot of it. Sometimes I do find myself eating more meat than other weeks. But I found for myself if tend to perform better when I eat more veggies than meat.

I just began reading on alkalinizing my body and found a goats milk whey that does that. I take it with goats milk protein but in moderate amounts (like you said about protein being overrated). In addition I have ordered an acai product a few days ago because it's alkalinizing and it's good to know I am on the right track. Will also check for the frozen acai with less sugar. I need to lose 100 lbs & wouldn't mind having a body like yours. May be difficult cuz i got a mesomorph body type.
One other thing. I like to put organic spinach in my smoothies. Spinach is really good for you. It will turn your smoothie green looking but doesnt change the flavor at all. I give some to my daughter and she cant even tell.

I think being an on and off Vegan is a great way way to stay balanced and healthy. I know you dont want to try the hemp stuff but the brand "Biochem hemp/whey" is an amazing tasting source of hemp and whey protein. TRUST ME the flavor is great but it has to be "Biochem HEMP/WHEY" if it doesnt say hemp way it will not taste as good try it and it and tell what you think. Mike I'm a 41 yrs old man that had a triple bypass at age 35. Do to the cancer treatments my heart and lungs were damaged so it is hard for me to do exercises. I weigh 306 at the time, but I will be getting back too in a couple of weeks to let you how it is going.

you are right. eating right, and hard work is key to weight loss. or for any physical fitness goals. ive been going to the gym to workout for the past two months... i workout almost every day. my problem is i get super hungry after my workouts. even when i eat before working out... but i think this shake you created will help my craving. looks really good and from your other comments i can see people like it... SO MY QUESTION IS.. is it ok to take it twice or more a day???

OMG!!! I am in the beginning stages of my weight loss. I am female 5"6 and was about 263lbs and everytime I attempt to eat better I am always SUPER hungry....Mike I tried your shake and was full after half. I saved the other half for later(had to shake it up real good) and it was awesome..week and half later 4lbs down.Yay!!! Thats eating a regular dinner too. Thanks!! Will keep you updated :)

i agree protein is overrated, every cell in the human body runs on glucose, AKA carbs. AND protein is very acidic in the body especially animal protein. For me i like to use whole foods so 3-4 times a week i'll use flax or hemp seeds for a balance of good fats, and there is some protein in there too. Also i'll use blueberries, cherries, or raspberries.... something i can get that is fresh. just as good as acai. and they are cheaper i get mine from a bush in my yard.

Hey Mike, saw ur workout vid last year and that shit was dope. I lost about 60 pounds within a 3 month span just working out twice a day, cardio an hour in the morning and evening. I ate all the right foods, felt good starting school. School started and i gained everything back. I just cant find the inspiration to get bak into the gym.

Thanks so much for the info! I lost 23 lbs in 10 weeks. Couldn't have done it without the shake! I have one for breakfast, Luna bar for lunch and my regular dinner. I also snack on fruit or yogurt or chicken, turkey or ham slices. And I walk 60 to 80 minutes 5 days a week. Again..... THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Thank u so much for this info! I joined the biggest loser compitition in our county and lost 23 lbs in 10 weeks. I couldn't have done it without the shake! A shake in the morning, Luna bar for lunch and my regular dinner. And eating ham, turkey or chicken slices or fruit or yogurt between meals. Also walking 3 or 4 miles 5 days a week, (about 60 to 80 minutes). Again... THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Altho the compition is over, I continue to fix the shakes. I still need to lose about 20 pounds. I have a shake in the morning, eat a Luna bar for lunch and eat dinner. Why not just eat a green smoothie and eat all organic whole foods? I use one avacado,1.5 bannas,one apple,2 tsp of cacao,large handful of kale.1/2 vanilla bean,tsp spirolina or afa algae,1 tsp maca and Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon.
fill up large mason jar 2/3 for before and after workout regimen

First off your not my friend, you are probably someone looking for health advise to fix the mistakes of your health problems that you have put on yourself. Second the number "2" has nothing to do with the amount of protein I consume in this shake, see you like to focus on little thing but avoid the message, which shows why you are probably in your unhealthy state. Ok youtube i have been drinking this shake every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks now and working out Monday-Saturday very hard. Let me say that this shake is all you need for major energy. I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks and after 2 hour workouts I still have energy!!! My friends ask me how in the hell is it posible?? I just tell them to change up their eating habits. IF I were you I would try a vegetarian diet but mix it with some hemp/whey protein you can find that type of protein online or in store like whole foods. Other wise I limit any red meat eating to a very small amount and focus on eating fish and 70% of your meals should consist of nuts, beans, vegetables and good fats such as avacados etc

, i had a question and i knew u were the right man to talk to, because we have the same goals, we both do Gracie Ji u jitsu( Im under REnzo), and we both have had shoulder problems lol.. I just wnated to know.. How important is using a weight belt? I train with weights 3 times a week. One day for power, one day for mass, and another day for endurance. I also run and do plyometics once every two weeks for athleticism. I"m not strictly a power lifter but i was wondering if belts are necessary

Yes I do eat meats, just not a lot of it. Sometimes I do find myself eating more meat than other weeks. But I found for myself if tend to perform better when I eat more veggies than meat.

I just began reading on alkalinizing my body and found a goats milk whey that does that. I take it with goats milk protein but in moderate amounts (like you said about protein being overrated). In addition I have ordered an acai product a few days ago because it's alkalinizing and it's good to know I am on the right track. Will also check for the frozen acai with less sugar. I need to lose 100 lbs & wouldn't mind having a body like yours. May be difficult cuz i got a mesomorph body type.

One other thing. I like to put organic spinach in my smoothies. Spinach is really good for you. It will turn your smoothie green looking but doesnt change the flavor at all. I give some to my daughter and she cant even tell.

I think being an on and off Vegan is a great way way to stay balanced and healthy. I know you dont want to try the hemp stuff but the brand "Biochem hemp/whey" is an amazing tasting source of hemp and whey protein. TRUST ME the flavor is great but it has to be "Biochem HEMP/WHEY" if it doesnt say hemp way it will not taste as good try it and it and tell what you think. You can find it at whole foods for about 18+ dollars
