@qweeperoo here maybe this will make more sense... his board and body both rotate 90 for the lipslide, then they both reverse, his body 90, and the board 270, totaling 0 degrees for the body, and 180 for the board = varial flip, big flip body goes 180 and board 360, there. i really can't explain it any better than that
