I smoke cigarettes. Ok, so that isn't exactly embarrassing. The thing is... most of my family thinks that I quit... a couple years ago. I'm 28 years old and I hide the fact that I smoke from my family. When I go see them I'm always fresh out of the shower so I don't smell of smoke.
Ok, so how I stay at my ideal weight. It really is easy. I stay very active. Plain and simple. I eat healthy and move.
The RH of OC was about half the women who live there -- shallow blond bimbos. Great watching. The RH of NYC is not about socialites, as it pretends . . . it's about wealthy, classless c**ts. Totally horrible.

I think that you are going to do great on your diet. But I think that chief30318 is right. A balanced diet and a moderate exercise plan would do you good both for weight and for your heart, blood pressure and diabetes. Binging and purging are not effective in the long run. Sweat equity is the only way to get a good body inside and out. Embarassing thing: Sometimes I am a nose picker when I drive. (Isn't that horrible?) Anyway, love the videos and keep up the good work. GO TO GYM ROUTINELY. At first, your goal should be nothing more than I'm going to the gym 3 times this week. And if you get there and sit in the lobby and read a book or blog on your new Mac...you accomplished your goal. Do this for a month or more...and you'll have the routine down. That's the biggest hurdle! That's where most people fail on the get go...go out too fast, have unrealistic expectations, get sore, and begin skipping...and its back to the couch potato life. START SLOW.
EXERCISE - join a good gym, that's a gym that suits your needs, not the most popular...stand and model and cruise kind. Find a gym that offers a multitude of options, from classes, to cardio, to free weights, so if you get bored you can easily change things up...some folks are more social and prefer classes over the solo stuff, but if class is canceled...just hop on the treadmill, etc.
But if you would like to get rid of it...the best way to do it is with the combination of diet and exercise.
DIET - Incorporate more good food into your diet. Do not deny yourself...just eat the good stuff first, and then if you still desire the bad...just eat less of it. You'll find that the better you eat, the less you'll crave the bad stuff anyway. The goal is a healthier lifestyle. Each day starts a new cycle...one bad day, is not failure.
chris, tell us more about the trip to norway! what were your impressions of scandinavia? we hear in the promised land there's no poverty, good health care, everybody recycles, etc
yo btw i'm convinced the master cleanse is a scam. weight's a simple equation. if calorie intake exceeds calories burned, u gain weight. metabolism slows when eating less but speeds up w/exercise. thus exercise (burning calories) is better than dieting (restricting calories). forget the cleanse & run 30 mins a day :]
My embarrassing thing that I would have to share would have to be that my uniform (all 12 pair of pants) that I wear @ work does not fit and I have been doing the same as you and just not using the button. Some of them even have the button popped off!LOL So there it is...now will my boss read this?
I'm using my master cleanse time without eating to "learn" what eating is really all about. I'm breaking up with food, she was a lover that wasn't a friend. Now I'm using my time to realize what true nutrition is. When you really eat well you save money too.

I HATE the real housewives of New York because they are BLAH AND because these wemon are rich because of their husbands and most of the ORANGE COUNTY housewives actually were WEALTHY because of themselves, not only cause their husbands.
