Saddam was not a threat to our freedom. He was a two bit dictator who we had in containment. The administration dropped the ball on the war on terror when we went into Iraq, and we are now less safe because of it. Our own weapons inspectors even said that no wmd's were found, and Bush admitted to it also. There were tons of conventional weapons however, which are being used more and more effectively against our troops.
