  • XMR come in competition eliminated... Hey lets go through it backwards and make everyone mad....13000.00 buys a mean atv...

  • Great video man, I can't wait for may long down in Maclean, buddy of mine just bought the outlander 1000 and im picking up a POS for that weekend to ride, maybe we will see ya around

  • Nothing can beat Can-Am =D

  • nice wheels

  • I love these trails me and my grandpa, uncle and his friend always go out here

  • Do you like the XMR?...im buying a mudding atv next summer..its either that one or a mud pro...and info would help...

  • @jeremysavard666 Can am has more power and rad up top and adjustable ride height. If it were me I'd go with the XMR. Maybe next year it'll be made in a 1000cc

  • is this X mr only good for mud or for everything like hills sharp corners rocks sand

  • is that a bombardier quest in the background?

  • really nice nature. ;)

  • looks fun!

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,a moster.....

  • What exhaust and chip do u have?

  • @kx85kid12 It's got a VDI Copperhead and a HMF pipe

  • fricken cool

  • I have a can am outlander 800 but does the xmr have more power

  • Lift, chip, Tires, rims, snorklels, skids, shocks, handwarmers, thumbwarmer, pipe, bumper, winch, box, etc, etc, etc. It never ends.

  • what kind of mods you got done to the Brute cause i just got one

  • your so lucky living in a place that your able to do this sort of thing. i would do anything to live in a place like that. keep up the fun vids

  • you guys rock,,nice machines and excellent video work,,and you guys can really ride!!

  • boss camera

  • sucks yal have to wear helmets. down here in Mississippi, all you wear mud riding is shorts :) if you watch some of my videos you'll see

  • @tylerdtharp Haha, if I didn't wear a helmet, where would I put my helmet cam, in my ear?? I really appreciate my helmet. Don't need it much while mudding but we get from one hole to the next quite quickly so you'd be crazy not to wear one. Not sure if it's law here or not but it really doesn't matter I'd wear one anyways.

  • @andys70GMC I got a brute and i always wear a helmet for safety and to conceal myself cause law enforcement dont like quad riders in North East Pennsylvania

  • @andys70GMC very smart, your helping the sport with guys like you

  • @andys70GMC but the helmet isn't gonna help if you snap your neck lol

  • @tylerdtharp i haven't worn a helmet on a quad a single day of my life except on a banshee i had for like 3 months. i wear one while riding my ninja but i've been on 4-wheelers so long that i never wreck at high speeds. i did once but i was ok. idk maybe i just know how to soar through the air without getting hurt :) or maybe i'm just a dumb ass hard headed southern boy... whichever you wanna call it

  • X MR was prolly still in 2WD. whatta beast.

  • canam xmr is 13,000 in america and in canada its 15,000 nice bike to should i get the xmr or xt and put 2inch lift and outlaws or diesel artic cat

  • @sargentghost24 honestly man what i'd do is go with a outty xt or even just an outty 800r and mod it up over time if you want to, i mean if you know your goin mud bogging specifically i can see it but its not a nice bike for much else, and i wouldnt even consider an arctic cat. underpowered crap. and a way to big and heavy.

  • Surviverman found a brute in the woods. no jk. great videos.

  • he should buy a hmf pipe for that xmr and it would b even more bad ass

  • That is an awsome video, what are you using for a helmet cam, one of the clearsest vids I've seen!

  • @rhinorider121 Yeah it works really well, its a Go Pro Hero HD. The nicest part about it is that you hear very little wind noise.

  • great video i`ve got brute force too

  • Ok... Finally getting caught up here: no, it wasn't 20K, yes I like the 30" tires but I do find that they make the machine really nasty on side-hills. I usually air down the suspension to change the center of gravity. Makes a huge difference. No, that's not a bear or Andy would have tried to mount it, no, the Brutes don't suck... just a different machine built for a different purpose. Andy goes everywhere I go on my XMR... Usually faster too! Oh, and "September Long" means Labour Day Weeken

  • hey man awesome vid. where is this? i live east of edmonton and im guessing this is around cochran???

  • @Speeddemon5863 Yep, close

  • Thumbs up for Dunlop Boots very comfortable.. i wear em mudding and sledding in the winter very warm and comfy!!

  • brute sucks!!!!!!!

  • Respond to this video... Where are the video's of your machine?

  • is that a bear at 5:03-5:08

  • @mirraco51 i think so lol wtf

  • @viNCeSkillz it looks like a buffalo or someting on the left side of the screen

  • @mirraco51 yeah i saw that too in the middle of the vid

  • sick bike

  • whats the difference in power between the brute and the can am??

  • @junior21804 About 20 hp

  • @andys70GMC the Brute has 20hp more than the can-am?

  • @Nameless41000 I wish, its the other way around

  • Andys70GMC,

Hows your freind finding the trail riding with the 30" tires?? Rougher ride? or not bad? I am seriously considering a trading my Rincon. But I mostly do hard pack trail riding with some rock crawling / deeper river crossings.

  • Also, what size of M-Zilla's are you running on your brute?

  • @VsomeAdudeN1S

    26's and a lift

  • The only thing I don't like on the new X-MR is the ISS (Intergrated Snorkel System) , not the Snorkel itself, but how its a hidden snorkel. Oh, and how the price tag is wayyy over priced. :(

  • did the guy with the canam seriously spend 20 grand on that? im jw because its a nice atv in all but for 20 grand i could buy a brute or something and make it way better than that but nice video and i like your brute im a brute fan so awesome thumbs up

  • @nkkaman44

    its like 14g but yeaa.......

  • @nkkaman44 lol dont joke man no amount of money will make a brute hang with a can am ;P lol nah theyre pretty good bikes. as long as you have fun it doesnt matter what your ridin. unless its an arctic cat..

  • I destroyed my can am xtp there sept long :(

  • @Dodgeram591 what do u mean sept long? lol how did u destroy it?

  • @TheTazzyT drove through a bit of mud and the clutch flew apart

  • what kind of pipe is that brute force running?

  • @bricefoushee

    It's an HMF

  • what kind of pipe is that brute force running? I have the outlander xmr too. its awesome BUT NEEDS NOISE!

  • @bricefoushee hmf pipe, yeah I thought the xmr would come with the same trimmed exhaust as the LTD Outlander but w/e , everyones gonna change the shitty exhaust anyway haha, it needs a muzzy

  • so...I'm on the fence about this thing and am looking at it very hard. Will it NOT bring the front end up? or is it just not as light in the front as the Brute? I had a Brute and was very happy with it til I started having a problem with the wiring harness. My bike was never in water or anything like that..I just like a really quick trail bike that has the capabilities that I am told this one has. Any problems or downsides to this bike at all after riding it for a while? Thanks for any info!!

  • @dezigurl358 if your gonna trail more than mud dont get the xmr, the tires are waaay too big to ride comfortably in non mud situations, get the outlander x xc, its the shorty version of the outlander with trail tires, all the nice features such as visco lok qe, power steering, beadlock wheels, trail tires, 800r motor, kickass shocks, skid plates, kickass color trim with an awesome seat, pre runner front bumper, its 12,400 usd, while the xmr is 13,00

  • @dezigurl358 and also, about the wheelie question, my outlander 500 max (same frame as the xmr, but 500cc engine instead) will wheelie in low, you just gotta stand on the rear foot pegs, floor it and lean back and youll get it up, but you gotta have good traction since these quads have gobs of power. ofcourse, the max wont wheelie as good or easy as the short outlander but it will still wheelie hehe

  • so reading from below the x mr isn't as snappy as andy's brute force ? im not much for noise but i love to pop wheelies at in instant. Was hoping the x mr could do just as much.

  • @andrew58307

The XMR is on the long wheelbase chassis like the 2-up Outlanders. Being that long they can't be as snappy and as light on the front end as a Brute force. That long wheelbase definitely helps the can Am climb out of more steep holes though.

  • I see its awesome in the mud, but whats it like on trails, Is it worth buying if I like to trail ride as much as playing in the mud?

  • @MrCanamfan Still getting used to it - love it in the mud and it's not bad on the trails too. One thing that I find disappointing is that the MR X won't wheelie (even in low range). The machine is crazy long, has tall tires, and isn't broken in yet but I'm hoping that a combination of pipe and some clutch mods will get me that low end snap like what Andy has on his crazy Brute.

  • nice xmr, and mcclean is where its at!!

  • 5:05

what the hell was that?? a bear??

  • @plow0www

    yeah that bear says moooooo

  • @plow0www most likely a cow

  • what ki9nd of pipe you getting for the Outlander rx mr?

  • Nice...I am still breaking mine in before I get that deep....although I had it up to the seat just testing....seem like in will give every reasonable water or mudhole a run for the money

  • Great video Andy! Thanks for that.... love the wheelies later on (wish mine would do that).

I still think that the first deep puddle was deeper (and trickier than this... I didn't have to work very hard to get through that one but the first one I did).

Good ride! See you again soon. Cheers!
