Don't forget this dude is of the dreaded H R Dept and his mentality, or objective is like all H R Departments, to primarily screen, or rather eliminate prospects from the general pool of applicants. The actual key ideally is to avoid or sidestep these people altogether in the preliminary stages of job prospecting. Better to develop leads from the inside of the company through social networking, get introduced or referred to the manager or supervisor of the company department that interests you

i love this video! im a teen and i got my first job by solely using this video. Just use the same answers and fill in your info where needed. Remember, going into a job interview you want to tell them what they want to hear but dont take it too far.

Incorrect*** most employers now are asking behavioral questions. they want to know specific details of examples of what you DID. example... tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation..??? they want details, sizes, names, what you did, how did you resolve it.... or tell me about this and give me an example of bla bla bla...... THE QUESTIONS THAT THIS INTERVIEWER IS ASKING ARE OLD STUFF THAT BIG CORPORATIONS ARE NOT USING ANYMORE........
