Well.... we estimate that our galaxy and the Andromeda galaxy will collide in about 3,000,000,000 years. We think that about 10% of stars will be destroyed in the process.

We may be so "lucky" to crash into a supergiant.

But as F.Y.T. says, the Sun will destroy us in 5 billion years; we might not be here by then because the Sun will expand in it's later years and the heat will increase greatly. Between 600,000,000 and 3,500,000,000 the Earth will become uninhabitable.
