GUYS. He needs those long fingernails to pluck the guitar strings. Guitarists usually have fingerpicks but you could just let your fingernails grow and play. It sounds better if you pluck those strings with something solid/hard like a pick or fingernail. I'm not sure but his other hand seems pretty taken care off. Can't see it clearly though..
