My parents recorded these off the TV when they aired and still own the tapes. I watched them all the way through two years back, vintage ads and all, and was distinctly teary by the end. Not just because of the nostalgia, but because of all these beautiful men gave to the world. I shudder to imagine what our lives would like without them.
@shigurekun28 yeah, Stu was friends with John from art college, later on Stuart became The Beatles' bass player. He's the one who didn't know how to play so he turned away from the cameras and audiences.
People said that Dhani looks exactly like George. But actually George looks exactly like his own father when he becoming older. See 07:00 . I bet when George's father was about 20 years old he was physically like him.
Nicely done montage. Especially liked the fading from young Beatles to older Beatles.
With Beatles in mind, I've posted the video, "40 years in 3 minutes", which is a music video containing the Beatles' rooftop performance, historical events over the last 40 years and 8mm film antics from the period, all cut tightly to GET BACK and GLASS ONION. Hope you enjoy!
1st Rock Band game I've ever owned for Xbox & Wii, 1st band I've heard and memorized my favorite tracks from them, & 1st band to get their own Rock Band Game and inspired instruments (modeled after their own). About 30 years ago, when we lived in Georgia - I took a picture of the house that my mother was born in - in the hills of Virgina. I put the first verse of "My Life" on the frame and gave it to my mother for her 70th birthday!! It was the only time in my life - I've seen her cry!!!!

I remember when I saw them on television. I was never the same. Even as a child I used to tell people about how different and special they were. LISTEN I would insist.
@Iamtherealjsin Actually yes, you were. When talking about the career of a band (which is generally a very short span of time), an entire year is a pretty big difference, especially within the quickly evolving life cycle of a band such as the Beatles (and that particular time in musical history as well). Try not to be so pedantic in the future if your information is off.
@shadowpeaches i feel the same way as you too. i'm 16 also, yet i feel fortunate that my father raised me with beatles music. these things are the best things that happened to me.......
where can i download this ? or have a torrent for this?
Anybody help!

I remember when I saw them on television. I was never the same. Even as a child I used to tell people about how different and special they were. LISTEN I would insist.

@guitarpop my bad, it was '63, ooh I was so off, lol
Iamtherealjsin 4 months ago
@Iamtherealjsin Actually yes, you were. When talking about the career of a band (which is generally a very short span of time), an entire year is a pretty big difference, especially within the quickly evolving life cycle of a band such as the Beatles (and that particular time in musical history as well). Try not to be so pedantic in the future if your information is off.
