So true. I go through this inner dialog at work mostly when I meet young black aquaintances. I have only one close black friend and he's as white as me when it comes to these things. I want to be cool and make more friends but its just too damn awkward to ask someone for help.
Always start with a traditional handshake <u don't wanna offend and/or assume all black people are cultured> which easily leads into what they did at :45-:47. You can feel during the traditional handshake if you can upgrade, practice makes perfect !!!
