threy are sealed. but they do wear out. i i know, ALL WHEELCHAIR PARTS should be able to be bought at any home/tool centre!!! even the friggn bearings are special size, what a joke

you should show us more detail of certain things of highlight in the video. Like going through the steps of cleaning the fish, And your recipes. Looks good, makes me want to have fish for dinner
