  • Thats NOT german.

  • this sucks

  • " moin" rules -.- BIATCH :D

  • this is Austrian NOT German!!!

  • @1DavidTennant Austrian is not a language ok thats just like saying canadian is a langauge. So Austrian is a nationality. Countries like Switzerland and Austria speak german but different sounding and wording. Its just like english (american) and english (uk) Uk english a lot different including wording Like below post said In german good by is auf wiedersehen but maybe in sweizer deutsch maybe different

  • @okpapereat jeez you're taking this waaay to seriously. I was just kidding. Personally I'm German and as far as I know that sort of bickering has been going on for ages between Austria and Germany.

Btw Obama has said that Austrians speak Austrian lol (though he obviously doesn't know what he's talking about).

  • @1DavidTennant lol i know the united states are like that , some are clueless. I remeber once John McCain refrenced czech republic as Czechoslovakia this makes me laugh lol

  • @okpapereat oh believe me he isn't the only one ... XD

  • fuck u slut, this is not german

  • what the fuck? what the hell is Servas and Pfiat di / eich? I study german for 2 years and I have never seen those words...

  • Comment removed

  • @feuerwassergeist Ja, danke für die Erklärung... Ich wusste das aber schon! Nachdem ich dieses Video geguckt hatte, habe ich diese Worte nachgeschlagen =) Also.. danke sowieso.

  • @feuerwassergeist Besides that I also found out that "pfiad di" actually means "behüt dich", so wie es auf Hochdeutsch gesprochen wird.

  • wenn du leuten deutsch bei birngen willst dann aber richtiges plx

  • This is not the standard German

  • i live in bavaria and we say servus not servas

  • I am German, and i don't say Servus XDD

  • ehm okay.

  • this is no real german. its with hard bavarian accent. bullshit!

  • Hi, Servus, Grüß Gott, Hallo &&&&&

    Was soll das denn??

I THINK U HAVE TO SAY THAT ITS NOT THE NORMAL GERMAN

ITS A AKCENT; FOR AAAAL PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT ITS THE RIGHT FORM ...

sry aber das hättest du ja ma echt sagen können

ich würds nochmal neu machen :)

  • Sag einfach dazu dass du bayrischen Dialekt sprichst. Hier in NRW sagen wir keines falls "Servus" oder "Semmel". Damit ist man hier aufgeschmissen, weil wir eine natürliche Abneigung gegen Bayern haben :)

  • it's bavarian geman.

go to nordrhein-westfahlen and say "pfiat di!" and they will laugh at you!

  • Guys this is Austrian-German :p

  • Der Hund frisst!

  • That's very bad german. :D:D:D

  • I thought "servus" means goodbye??

  • @tromboneJTS

"servus" is slang. some people in bavaria ( the souhern part of germany) or in austria say that. it means hello and goodbye. it's a little like the italian "ciao" oder the hawaiian "aloha"

  • Dass alle Amerikaner immer davon ausgehen, dass wir Deutsche immer Bayrischen Dialekt sprechen....

  • Dank für dieses Video bin ich immer noch Deutsch lernen, und das ist genial. Nochmals vielen Dank!

    Anmeldung

  • Na ja nicht grad Deutsch ne ;)

  • Wohl eher Austrian words :))

  • wo hast du deutsch gelernt? gott!

  • germany is number one

  • we austrians understand the germans in every word, cause its the same german we learn in school or books are written with. the germans speak in there spare time "perfect german". this is why it sounds so ugly. we austrians have our own slang, but the germans dont understand that.

  • danke schon!

  • This has got to be southern germany, i would say, Hallo, danke sehr, bis nachher, bis morgen, wie geht es dir, und....... fick dich du kleine schlampe :P

  • ive never heard 'pfiat eich' and i AM german^^

  • @Gorillaz382 du warst wohl noch nie in bayern oder österreich :)

  • @MultiFreakygeek ne war ich nich^^ aber ich finde sie sollte shcon dazu sagen dass das bayrisch/österreichisch is, sonst lernen die leute das & denken jeder in deutschland würde so reden ;)

  • Arrgh. this is so different. I thought bye was 'auf wiedersehen'

  • @webexpert247 auf wiedersehen is the polite form. "pfirtdi" is a slang you speak in austria. austrians are much cooler then germans btw :D

  • @shufflespack I take it you're from Austria. Do they say pfirtdi in Germany or is it just in Austria? And can u say pfirtdi to someone you just met, your teacher or parents etc. or just friends?

  • @webexpert247

Just we Austrians and some parts of south Germany use pfirti and servas. You may say it to people you just met if they are your age. Older ones and teachers would prefer guten tag, auf wiedersehn.

  • @shufflespack it's also used in bayern :)

  • @shufflespack ... for me there is no difference between germany and austria ... the austrians and parts of switzerland have the same language, the same mentality and the same culture. And btw. austria, parts of italy and switzerland was german for a long time. For example in the Holy roman empire of german nation" for 1000 years ... and also in the last century austria was a german state for two times. But russia, the USA and so on forbid that austria become a german state, until today.

  • @feuerwassergeist du meinst wohl deutschland war ein teil von österreich und nicht umgekehrt. zurück in die schule :D

  • @shufflespack ... nicht wirklich : )

  • @feuerwassergeist doch wirklich:) versuchs mal mit österreichische monarchie auf wiki

  • @shufflespack austrian is german, different sounding and wordings. Its bas

  • i have a funny word for you. it´s a dialect in bavaria and means suirrel:

    "Oachkatzlschwoaf"

  • this is not Austrian but Bajuwarian accent .....

Bawaria is the very wonderful southern part of Germany.

The country next to Germany is Austria. And Austria is not Germany, Austria is the place where Arnold Schwarzenegger and Adolf Hitler came from ......

  • @14789632587410 it is austrian aswell. yeah but adolf hitler was painter in austria. the germans made him führer.

  • this is Austrian-German......

  • this is AUSTRIAN not GERMAN!! Please differ between these languages, it's not the same!!!

  • When you say in my dialect do you mean AustrianGerman?

  • Thats not german its just your disgusting dialect -_-

  • @MrsElixyr Well, you seem to be able to understand it just fine.

  • tHANK YOU

  • Ok, jetzt, ich hasse Bayrisch. Es ist NICHT Deutsch.

  • I thought hello was usually hallo in German or some like Guten tag ? And good-bye can be Tschuss or Auf Wiedersehen .

  • learning a language is wonderful excercise for the brain!!

  • no thats all sucks thats not true x) hello - hallo goodbye - tschüss

  • was?? WeißBROT und Brötchen/Wecken/Semmeln sind NICHT das gleiche schon allein wegen den Zutaten,Gewicht,Backzeit.... ne ne ne

  • Bayrisch ist KEIN deutsch!!!!

  • @bluntzkob Bayrishc ist besser als Deutsch!! ;D

  • @bluntzkob Bayrisch ist besser als Deutsch!! ;D

  • @ElsbethPumpernickel bin der gleichen meinung hehe bayerisch find ich total schön

  • i want to learn German but Austrian

  • WTF ??? this is bavarian !!! nobody speaks like that except the bavarians and the austrians, of course

  • Ganz am Ende sagt sie doch, dass sie Ösi is. Also warum das Gerate hier?

  • Ihr Vollpfosten - bayrisch ist genauso deutsch wie pfälzisch oder berlinerisch

    ihr depperten Separatisten :)

  • @gannert87 so is recht :)

  • is doch voll scheiße

  • Well, most of our american friends can't tell apart Germany from Bavaria or Austria anyway...

  • @HesseJamez I'll be honest, it's true. And I'm American. It's mostly because we don't care to know. I'm not "hating on you" homie. haha I'm just being completely honest. But, really, I wanna learn a couple languages but German is harder, for me anyway, than Spanish or French is.

  • That's not german, its bavarian..

  • Voll schlecht!

  • the people in the south say "servus" and "fitti" (oh i hate this word so much!) but the most germans in the rest of germany never say this. trust me. Hello means "hallo" or "moin" or "tach".. "servus" sucks

  • @sunzsu

  • @sunzsu "fitti" is funny :) While this is the sound of it, it's spelled "pfiat di" ;)

  • @sunzsu It sucks according to whom? Just because it isn't used in Germany?

  • @mzzzhedison it IS used in germany. in the south. by the way it was not my aim to affront the girl in the video. shes nice and beautiful and seems to be very kind. i just dont like servus and fitti ;)

  • @sunzsu Oh, okay. Haha. I understand now. And I agree with you!

  • hä was machst denn du xD

    wo kommst du her?

    unterbayern?oder österreich

auf jedenfall ich wohn in bayern und man sagt ganz normal servUs und nicht servAs

also irgendwie versteh ich dich nicht

ausserdem ist das kein deutsch sonder ein sehr starker deutscher DIALEKT

  • @MrEiscream you are right , i wonder why she posted wrong information :(

  • WTF!!!!! IS NOT GERMAN!!!!! THAT IS AUSTRIAN!

  • Jetzt habe ich das Englische UND das Deutsche nicht verstanden... ?!?

  • das ist ober und oder niederbayrisch, oberpfälzisch.

  • du weißt schon, das das nicht deutsch sondern österreichisches deutsch ist.

kann einem armen deutschschüler in amerika oder sonst wo n bissl probleme machen :)

  • i wish i was german!!!

  • hahah wie gehts da? what is that ^^

  • PFIAT?????

  • that's not german its bayrisch xD

  • du solltest nicht german sondern östereichisch schreiben

  • mm.. you shouldn¨t call this video german words :D if someone would come to me and said pfiat di, i wouldn't really know, what he meant... another tip.. the german expression for semmel is Brötchen :D

  • Great Video. I learned these words many years ago on business trips to Linz. I don't believe they are common much outside of Austria. (along with yo yo and na). More please, I love the Austrian dialect.

    Vetashon

  • thats not all german :'D

iam german but i never hear "pfiat di!" :D

We say "Tschüss.." or another :D

  • @RiA472 When I learned these words in Linz they sounded like "Fear-tee" which was goodbye and "ser-vous" which hello or sometimes goodbye. They would also say something like "vetashon"...

I studied a little German because I worked for an Austrian company and it was interesting. These variations in words are no different then when I eat a "Hoagie" here in Pittsburgh, a guy in New Orleans eats a "Po-Boy" and someone in Boston eats a "Grinder"....

    Pretty Cool and Interesting.

  • that's no fucking german, at least the first words.

  • that's bavarian !

  • @Puschyjr Austrian :)

  • you are adorable. even if this isn't the "typical german" they teach in schools or whatever, it is interesting to hear a different dialect/colloquialisms. i found this very helpful!

  • süß ;)

  • OmG manche schreibn echt nen scheiß. ihr sagt das sind östereichische wörter na und darf sie nicht deutsch sagen ich meine die sprache heißt ja deutsch oder nicht ? also ...

  • Servus means Slave

  • i love ur dog,..wat kind is it?

  • was für eine Sprache soll das sein

  • @myliveoo7 Linzerisch

  • No German person in GERMANY would understand these words. These are AUSTRIAN words.

Hello! = Hallo! / Grüß dich! (I greet you!)

Good bye! = Auf Wiedersehen! / Tschüss!

bread bun = Brötchen NOT Semmel

These are AUSTRIAN words. (Although I haven't heard people using these words in Austria, either (except "Semmeln", that's Austrian for "Brötchen"). Even in Austria you say "Grüß dich!" and "Tschüss!". This are words from some wierd Austrian dialect, other German people WON'T understand you.)

  • @lynth

  • @lynth Umm are you sure ? Have you ever been in Linz / Upper Austria ? 'cause they talk like this there okay ?

  • @BALKANSISTAS

Well, yes, it's a German DIALECT. "German" people won't even understand them. Ask any German Person what "pfiat di" means. It doesn't make sense outside of small local groups. She should tell us from what German dialect this is and not that these are actually German words.

  • semmel=brötchen=weckle im badischen:-P

  • i like your dog :D

  • des isch halt gscheide mundart tsefix

  • des ist aber teilweise Dialekt .. (:

semmel heißt auch weißbrot nää :D

  • mhh wrong, im german ,and "servus" "wie gehts da" and "Pfiat eich" you say in austria, but not in germany , but you say "wie geht es dir" , and "dankeschön" in germany

  • Omfg that is not GERMAN its Bavaria xD Bavaria just got 12 Millions people, Germany 82 Millions

  • shes pretty cute :)

  • THATS FUCKING NOT GERMAN!

  • What is "Pfiat di" and "Pfiat eich"?

Iam german and I have never heard it Oo

  • @cejay89

    It's a bavarian dialect.

  • AUSZIEHEN AUSZIEHEN AUSZIEHEN!!!!! LOL

    Just kidding !!!!! :)

  • this is so fucking trippy................ im going to use servas to say wats up to friends for now one

  • Call it BAVARIAN WORDS, not GERMAN WORDS, because this is simply the wrong title and your main purpose is to represent yourself and show, how cool your dialect is.

  • mei hund frisst kei brotxD

  • Gruss dich,

Es war eine Brotchen dass du gegesen hast.

    Tchuss

I'm not an expert speaker but did live in Baden-Wurttemberg. This is NOT Hochdeutsch (=King's English), but rather very provincial, dialectic speach. Better to learn more universal German if you're not from that region.

But you're cute und es war sehr angenemen dich zu schauen und horen.

  • servus is used in lower Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

  • you are an excellent teacher!

  • That is so not german to everyone whos watching the video !

Its a dialect so please if you wanna learn some german words watch some other video because this one is teaching you all the wrong things!

  • I´m German,

and that what you say isn´t German.

And what is "Pfiat di" ?

    bye is in German"Tschüss"

  • nice so nice, i liked it you made me have fun

  • ARRRWAAAhRW ò_Ó typical steroetypes.... "servus" ._. is austrian or bavarian if you would would say that to a german (not in bavaria / "bayern" or austria / "österreich) they would first look weird and then laugh..... ._. and i've never heard before "pfiat di" but i think, it's bavarian too... just say: "hi"... among friends or "tschüß" / "ciao" / "tüs" to say goodbye or is this an austrian dialect course here?
  • Yay! Nicht nur Österreicher mögen Semmeln....^^

  • echtmal wenn man sowas macht dann auf hochdeutsch allein pfiat di hab ich noch nie vorher gehört :D

  • hüpsch :) very pretty :)

  • wenn man sowas macht dann auf hochdeutsch !

  • VOLL NICHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That is what I was thinking.

Only used in like Bavaria and Austria.

  • Jaa das sagt man vielleicht in Bayern oder so, also Pfiat di :D aber ich komme nicht aus Bayern, deswegen weiß ich das nicht. :P

  • You are REALLY cute. :)

  • this is not german :P

  • WTF not German. This is Bavarian or Austrian or something lol

  • I know.

I was just about to ask what she is speaking lol

  • This is a German dialect

    It is Bavarian

  • @ThePsychicVacuum

Actually, Depending on what part of Germany you're from,

She has it right. She's using very familar terms,

For the more. . . Respectful terms it'd be

Danke, Bitte, Hallo, Wie gehts dir.

Very basic terms, You'd use with most people.

  • @ThePsychicVacuum it´s a dialect.........-.- these bayerns are getting me pissed off all the time..........-.-

  • @ThePsychicVacuum

Warst du schon mal in Bayern?

  • @ThePsychicVacuum bavarian is a german dialekt. So she actually isnt wrong.

  • exactly!!! they only use it in bavaria and austria!

  • 'pfiat di' kannte ich, aber 'pfiat eich'...da hob i wos neues gelernt xD donkscheen

  • She's kinda cute, in a continental kinda way...

  • Pfiat di?

    Pfiat eich?

    bayrisch? (bavarian ?)

I come from Germany and these words are unknown to me.

  • you seems to have bit of a scottish accent
