  • wwwwaaauuuu yo quisiera estar hay!!1

  • ok

  • :0

that is the same fishy that was on Go, Diego, Go!!

  • Why are they such stereotypes fish belong in the sea not a glass box filled with water but putting a whale shark there vulnerable to extinction they are one of the most beautiful animals and you put it in a glass box filled with water.... WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU.

  • Why worry about it suffering? It's in Okinawa. It's destined to be 1 million+ sushi rolls...enough to feed the island

  • Creatures like that should be in the ocean, not in a tank.

  • that tank is way too smal its shud not be in ther at all my good r they crazy?

  • @janeway931 nah i used to live in okinawa that tank is HUGE!!! it has lyk 3 or 4 of those whale sharks in there!! its a cool aquarium 2 i went there lyk all the time

  • @nannashae1978 do you know how big the ocean is allot bigger than an aquarium.

  • *glass breaks* *everyone dies*

  • @oagalthorpe The fishs too :)

  • @oagalthorpe why u cant swim?

  • yes joana20, but there are shark attack sites on the net too! Try the likesharks site. They have videos, pictures and reports about shark encounters, attacks, research. They also have the most complete info about each shark. Type likesharks into google and its the first one.

  • Suprised fucking asian eat any thing that lives in ocean

  • @silverton7777 thats why japan has the lowest obesity percentage and live the longest

  • Poor shark...

  • THEN THE TSUNAMI HIT. NOW IT RULES ALL OF JAPA- WATERWORLD

  • My mom used to live here!

  • I can imagine what its thinking. *deepvoice* 'just keep swimming. just keep swimming. just keep swimming.'

  • that's enough shark to feed me 5 years.

  • Cliftonmontessori, if you are in a deep sea and you lost direction the whale shark would probably ignore you, after all you got yourself there. If it was a dolphin it would probably try to support you when you lost buoyancy. We should always remember that we are visiting the oceans, we do not own them and if we get lost it's our own fault.

  • This is obscene to keep any fish of this size in an aquarium - please, please release this whale shark immediately. It is used to roaming the oceans over a lifetime, it cannot exist, let alone have a life in these conditions. It makes me want to cry when I see what we, the human race, do to these beautiful creatures.

  • @mauvemanatee what this beautiful creature do with human when you lost direction in a deep sea ??

  • @CliftonMontessori Whale sharks are completely harmless.

  • Imagine how many Chinese bufets would have sushi

  • IS IT REALLY NESSESARY TO TYPE LIKE THIS!

  • @zXPuLSiVe yes

  • Comment removed

  • Its a jap menu.

  • stop whaling now you bastards!!!!!!!!!! switch to chicken, plenty of those. scientific research, like hell!

  • this i kind of sad.. it shouldn't even be here..im not searching this crap no more...lol

  • Poor fish. Its sick that people pay money to see animals in caves or aquariums

  • This makes me sick the people that pay money to go to establishments like this encouraging people to capture these wild creatures should be locked up in cages themselves and and ill let people pay me so they can come see how much of cunt you people are..............wild animals should not be contained especially ones like the whale shark that live to swim freely in vast oceans...... you people should be ashamed of yourselves and should reexamine your morals and ethics... Cunts!

  • yes safediver24 but there are also quite good dive stories on the net too . try the myscubastory site. type myscubastory into google and its the first one

  • overcrowded tank and too small for whale sharks..

  • @riderinblack57 I didn't know Chris Farley worked there.

  • @smithersandburns awesome refference dude !!!!!!

  • LOL ASIANS

  • wow

  • swimming round round baby round round

  • Whale sharks always get raped by other fish.

  • and yet they still cant fit great whites in an aquarium and they manage to fit 50 foot whale sharks in there *facepalm*

  • I wonder how long it takes them to do water changes!

  • the next day, that whale shark became tofu...

  • Japan why are you still killing whales?

  • @catsmithyu Because there are still whales to kill!

  • Japan why are you steal killing whales?

  • FUCKEN HELL THOSE SHARKS ARE HUGE THEY SHOULD BE IN THE OCEAN NOT IN A AQUARIUM OMG

  • @gargar112 If they weren't in an aquarium then you'd probably never see on in real life, dumbass.

  • @thespiswolf shut up this was like 8 months ago and i didnt even write this....

  • @gargar112 Lies...

  • @thespiswolf

    lol.

  • @gargar112 I am wondering what will happen if the aquarium breaks o_0

  • dont they get bored.. swimming around.. round and round and round

  • @Spartiansoldier

Until the whale shark DOES leave its aquarium, then it returns back to his aquarium, and tell all its friends about the "outside world". with a pretentious snobby cosmopolitan attitude.

  • That shark isn't even fully grown. -_-

  • transporting must be a pain in the arse

  • I WANT TO GO, i'm fascinated by aquariums

  • @Jvergakis its the old spice mans

  • @Jvergakis Chuck Norris catches whale sharks by snatching them out of the water with his bare hands. He then squeezes a lemon on them and eats them for lunch as an appetizer.

  • @Jvergakis ahaha tht is so true kid

  • @Jvergakis Or Godzilla's tub.

  • @Jvergakis ya chuck keeps it clean

  • @Spartiansoldier Bred in captivity? How would it get that big in captivity?

  • @usenetposts Food + Big Tank?

  • @usenetposts because if you haven't noticed, it lives in A GIANT FUCKING TANK! And not only is that tank HUGE, it's big enough where the shark has plenty of room to grow. all fish grow based on their environment. A goldfish can grow extremely large if it lives in a tank that is big enough. Have a 50 gallon fish tank? put in a little goldfish that you won from a carnival game and BAM! he gets big. mine is about 10 inches long at this point. and still adorable.

  • @torifaeriex I know all about that, but a goldfish in a tank never gets as big or big so fast as a goldfish in a big pond. The mechanisms that stunt growth in teleosts may not apply to chondrichtys anyway - I heard a theory that pheromones (their high levels in the water stunting the growth hormone) play that role in it in bony fishes, and maybe the sharks don't use pheromones in the same way.

  • @Spartiansoldier Must suck having the highest rated comment...you get so many messeges >.<

  • ;D i dunno the deal about my friend hating japan sooo much she says it sucks she told me she lived there for 8 years...what the heck i think japan is great! but i have seen better in singapore. ;D

  • whale shark - biggest fish??

blue whale - biggest...?? mammal oO??

  • @Spartiansoldier No that is wrong, there are NO captive bred whale sharks. We don't even know where the wild ones breed, let alone how to breed them in captivity.

  • Nice to see they haven't got round to eating everything in the tank yet. Saying that it's not lunch tine yet

  • I've been here, THREE TIMES! Suck it.

    Just kidding, relax.

  • the japanese win again!

  • @Spartiansoldier I dont really have anything against them keeping a small whale shark in captivity as long as it is healthy but I have to point out that there has never been a captive bred whale shark, dont make shit up to support your argument

  • Comment removed

  • @thunil There's an arguement? I guess your the first to start it. I have to point out your wrong, whale sharks are being bred in captivity for scientific reasons but most will not succeed without a big enviornment such as this one. This tank could possibly help rebuild the whale shark population. They keep them captive for a certian time and release, they take in the sick and weak in a different tank, monitor them and treat them, put them in the tank and release eventually.

  • @Spartiansoldier Man you are so full of it, PM me some Informative links showing successful captive breeding of these fish. Sure they may be trying it currently in a few of the large aquariums, but there has been no success so far. All of the Okianawa whale sharks are documented as wild caught, like every captive whale shark so far.

  • @thunil Just because whale sharks have to be 30 yrs old to breed doesn't mean it can't happen in captivity. The way I put it is: Until the keepers screw up, then blame them all you want. I've visited this tank before and they are doing a fantastic job with their animals. I like to talk to the staff and one guy said that they do have a few captive bred ones and might be planning to release the ones that they treated from sickness. Please learn a bit more.

  • @Spartiansoldier Not starting an argument but, you're still talking shit, I'll pm you five articles that say that whale sharks don't have the greatest track record in captivity, not saying it can't be done, just that it should only be attempted by the largest aquariums in the world like Georgia aquarium

These articles also all show that Georgia aquarium is the only one that has attempted to breed them in captivity and they haven't even been successful.

All it took was a few minutes of research

  • holy crap, a whale shark in a tank...that just dosent look right ...

  • so beautiful but so sad.

dont support the freking asians keeping aquatic creatures in a tank and calling it an aquarium. i dont even want to think of the potential harm they cause them. (since theyve done a wonderful job supporting the whales and dolphins anyway -sarcasim-)

we need a protected outdoor estuary to do research for animals that have either been injured or can not withstand their natural environment anymore. this is a beautiful sight but breaks my heart

  • @Padrone3 Shut Up WHINER!!

  • @Padrone3 Yeah I dont get it how when we go to a zoo or aqarium, we are like 'ooo such beatiful creatures <3 *squee*!' And then theres plenty of animal preservation guides and donation boxes... What are japs like 'ooo.. lets eat it!' What must places like these be like?? lol

  • @Spartiansoldier i agree, the whale shark probably like not having to work for its food

  • @Danjaboyz didn't work much in the wild. It just swam to a good area and opened its mouth xD

  • HOW DARE THEY, DISGUSTING, EVERY CREATURE HAS INSTINCT YOU FOOL, SPARTANSOLDIER. IF THEY DONT GO TO HELL FOR THIS CRIME, IM IN THE WRONG WORLD.

  • What are they eating? each other. I wouldn't want to be in that watery grave when it breaks. Does the noice from the loud people travel into the tank and magnify it? So sterile not a live plant in there or eco system... hell nature did it better before we destroyed it all.

  • @Spartiansoldier: You're wrong because our instincts aren't as strong as that of a wild (or captive) animal. The whale shark's instinct to migrate cannot be fulfilled as it's stuck in such a tiny tank. It doesn't feel emotion, but it certainly would feel that is was trapped to some degree...

  • @DeadStarFilm You don't even know all the reasons the manager of this aquarium was allowed to keep this whale shark huh? Even though whale sharks have a strong instinct they are docile and can overcome them as long as their enviornment can mimic the real thing, like making the water temperature a degree or two cooler in a different spot of the tank. If you still think I'm wrong and the whale shark is bothered, remember the keeper of this animal knows what he/she is doing.

  • how thick is that glass?

  • @Tiger420Oscar It's about 5 feet Minimum. They have a model of the glasss in the Aquarium as if you were to look at the glass sideways and I can't even touch both ends at the same time!!

    Hope I helped!!

  • Until the glass breaks...

  • @gleijsteen haha lol

  • @gleijsteen who would win, this guy or king kong?

  • 50 million years ago the megolodon was the largest shark

  • @Spartiansoldier i like that analogy :) never thought about it like that before

  • how thick is that glass!!!!!?????

  • i want to go there!!!!!!!!

  • MrBadger78 is what's known as a TROLL kids, say it with me, TROLL. And what don't we do to the TROLLS, FEED THEM. That's right kids, don't feed the TROLLS like MrBadger78. Eventually, if you don't feed them they will get bored and go away.

  • @Soulrider2012 wow, sorry if I did something to piss you off. I was only pointing out the truth, that this video is an obvious fake which was apparently made for the purpose of entertaining young children and the intellectually challenged.

  • they have an instinct to migrate, breed ,eat & fucking live.

so you are absolutly wrong when you say they do not know any better by being born into captivity

its the same for every living thing!

    Twat!!

Anyway the real point is that they should not be there, end of!!.

  • Poor whale.. can it see and hear the people outside?

  • @WoOTfoOT It can see them, But I'm pretty sure he can't hear them. Though they do have ears, that glass is probally thick as stone so; if he can hear the people, It's probally very faint. Their are more than one whale sharks in the tank so, they have to have about, 20 to 30 shards of glas on that one wall. Just in case one of them rubed up aganist it, It won't break.

  • dam if it break then idk dont what to say..

  • Where was it :p jk

  • wait there can be whale sharks in aquariums...WTF i never knew that lol i feel sorry for it to like give him a bigger tank thing or just bring him back to where he belongs

  • @Spartiansoldier Yeah, you can raise children in tiny dungeons too. Its totally ethical because they haven't seen the outside world.

  • @adamant12345 Thats a VERY broad look at it. You know that the whales are only in there for attractions and I'm pretty sure that those whales are taken care of very well.

  • @adamant12345 That way of being raised worked out fine for me! ^_^

  • when i went to florida for vacation, i gotta swim with a wale shark in the deep sea dive expidition!! it was awsome!!! there was like all these tiny fish swimmin wih it! the diver person said that that was not veary common to do... i dnt belive him though... my sis had a crush on him... The GUY not the WALE shark!

  • pfft, this is clearly faked.

    Poorly done too.

  • @MrBadger78 no its not. ive been there. people go there to see that shark. its got the Guinness World Record for the thickest glass ever created to sustain the water pressure

  • @MrBadger78 You're an example of a person who spends to much time inside, trolling through youtube.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrBadger78 how the fuck is this fake????????? its 100% real

  • @45383 its fake. Its all done with a green screen and CGI.

Plus, at one point you can even see little wires holding the fish up.

The people in the video are all paid actors.

  • @MrBadger78 How stupid ass can you be? This cant be green screen, who the hell would take the time to do all that shit and post on youtube? Youtube isn't a movie theather. You are just jealous that you have never been to that aqurium

  • @iphonewizzkid theather ah? im jk dude. i misspell too. mrbadger78 is an idiot.

  • @iphonewizzkid OMG you have found me out. I am jealous that I have never been to this aquarium.

You see, when I was a child I asked my father to take me to this very same aquarium, and he said no. He was drunk at the time, and when I insisted, he beat me.

It was really quite traumatic for me. I could never bring myself to go into any aquarium since then. Seeing this video on Youtube only reminded me of those bad memories from my childhood.

  • @MrBadger78 i think some of the fish were paid fish too... god i hate fake videos

  • @jchatmaker ;)

  • Lol... I wonder what would happen, if I smash the window :D

  • I've been to the aquarium many many times i live within four hours and the aquarium has permission to keep whale sharks in captivity because they are "threatened" not endangered yet, and hopefully they never become so

  • @Spartiansoldier Not true; the Whale Shark might have been bred in captivity, but the compulsion to migrate is still a strong instinct. Migratory animals can usually sense the Earth's magnetic field, which is what guides them on migratory paths (as well as personal memory, in some species). I'm sure this shark feels a pull from time to time...Hopefully not enough to bother it, though. :S

  • @Dhesyca I just learned something new. Thanks.

  • @Spartiansoldier I may have been wrong; it might just be the generic "plankton" that they eat, not necessarily krill. I think it's important to note that :D Otherwise, glad I could spread knowledge! :3 Your welcome, and thanks.

  • poor fishes and whale shark because the fishes get eaten and the whale shark haves a litle pit of space

  • @MrMayorbeejr Whale sharks don't eat fish. I think they eat kril like baleen whales.

  • omg ..... awesome aquarium

  • that thing is so BAD ASS it gets its own escort...lol

  • The funny thing is, the fish following are probably like freckin 3 foot long!

  • The blue whale is way bigger

  • @StephaneGrappelli

Idiot, that is a whake you fool.

  • @Thevirus1234 you called him a idiot and fool but you just said "whake"

  • @Thevirus1234 but not a "Blue Whale", go and get some knowledge before you give your nick name to other people (fool?)...

  • wow!! imagine the glass broke !!

  • DAZ A HUUUUGE FISH!

    :D

  • It does NOT belong there. People sore so selfish

  • poor thing :(

  • I feel...so small...

  • I would kill to have a chance at seeing that awesome fishy x_x <3

  • shouldnt be stuck in a tank

  • thats a huge tank!!! wow

  • Some japs are idiots.

    why cant they understand?

are their IQ so small like the dicks they have?

  • @TheBlackBird11 they r stupid, that's why they eat weird stuff, and try to keep active. Did u see them get on a train...like a pack of sardines !
