No one manufacturer owns the other. They are all their own brands. They're built in their own manufacturing shops, and built their own way. Douglass Dynamics LLC does however own all three manufacturing companies. So much for competitive pricing... At least they're not all built the same. If you take notice, all three use the same type of headlights, thats what made me want to look into it.

well compared to actual ratings, the Fisher is the best. Sure some other brands come close with some models but when stats are layed out from boss,western,fisher and diamond(along with others not mentioned) and Fisher is at top, this shows that Fisher is the best. as much as i love fisher plows, i own a Boss snowplow with the "Smart Hitch 2" system it is the fastest plow hookup out there.

now if fisher could come out with something that fast......

Actually, besides being the same type of plow, they are different in virtually every way. You can have the Blizzard. And the Fisher is actually yellow.

I see it now, I have never seen a fisher up close, I see the chain in the middle that connects to the hydro pump up top, the blizzard doesnt havethat, and the controls in the cab, our Blizzards have a stick, and these have the four direction buttons, your right, sorry
