The actual diet. Did you use a food scale to make sure you stayed within the 500 calories a day diet? Did you work out? And did the low caloric intake effect muscle tone. Not being a good dieter, I've struggled to lower my caloric intake, but I've never counted calories. I'm concerned about consequences of exceeding the recommended calories. Plus I've been working outa lot and I'm concerned about loosing muscle tone underneath the layers of fat covering it that refuses to burn off

When u lower your caloric intake AND excercise, you will lose weight quickly! just try to drink 4 to 7 low cal shakes a day and eat 2 small healthy mals, workout by walking for an hour or yoga or running or whatever u can do for an hour and u will lose alot of weight!! shes not a hoax, its really the truth!!
