Su-35 has thrust vectoring like the F-22, that's why it's so damn maneuverable. Still, F-22 is 5th generation and none of the others here are. It's avionics and stealth would absolutely thrash all of these not to mention it's maneuverability at all speeds. The Rafale has a reduced radar cross section, but it's not stealth.
What is clear in a military context is that Congress' decision not to end Raptor production at less than 200 aircraft will leave the USAF out-equipped by western European and Russian air forces flying fourth generation fighters as standard. The JSF is an attack aircraft that can defend itself, not a fighter, and will be outmatched by all fourth generation fighters. With the USAF and USN facing block obsolescence of all of its current aircraft (bar the F-22) it may face long term problems.
General Jumper USAF (retd.) is the only man alive who has flown both the F-22 Raptor and the Eurofighter Typhoon, and he said neither was better than the other. He stated; 'I have flown every jet in the air force. The Typhoon is better than them all.' Thus any claims that the Typhoon is a poor aircraft aren't worth the hot air. In six mock dogfights between the Raptor and Rafale the Raptors managed one lock on. The Raptor is somewhat more stealthy but as a fighter has no margin of superiority.
Su-35 is most manouverable. Affordable, and proven, but older.
Eurofighter is a good balanced design, and much cheaper than Raptor, but not stealthy, nor as manouverable as Raptor.
Rafale is good multi-service multi-role plane, but expensive compared to other aircraft with similar abilities.
Raptor is no compromise bleeding edge everything, but could lose a visual dogfight to Su-35. Costs will bankrupt even the USA if bought in the original quantities planned, ie. hundreds of them.
Raptor with AESA will always be able to pick up the RAFALE or the EUROFIGHTER first and Europeans are sitting duck.
The future RAFALE with AESA and METEOR won't stand any chance either since RAPTOR is optimized for stealth it will always pick up the RAFALE first. By the time the RAFALE picks it up,it will be inside the Raptors AMRAAM range which means that it will be too late for the RAFALE to launch its METEOR with greater range.
I got the same effect with the Su-47 Berkut, and I believe there can be only 2 reasons why they reversed the wings: either it is to fly the aircraft backward, or because the guy who designed it was completely drunk...
Actually wings slanted forward confer unprecedented speed and maneuverability. The main reason it is not in use is due to the fact that they have not yet been able to produce a wing capable of withstanding the stresses at the wing root.
I also can't take seriously the idea that the Eurofighter is equal to 4.5 Su-35 aircraft. The Russians certainly don't think so, and let's look at some facts. The Su-35 is more maneuverable at subsonic speeds, carries better air to air missiles, and has a better air to air radar. The Zaslon radar is better for air to air combat than the Eurofighter's radar, for sure.

As for missies....nothing can touch the RAM jet BVR & WVR METEOR.
The F-22 supposedly could have cruised at mach 1.4 at fairly low level without afterburners. That's way more than the subsonic F-15. The F-15 isn't supersonic unless it uses afterburners, so I can't really believe that with them it could outrace an F-22.

how is it classified? its documented all over the web. mach 2.84 without after burners. mach 3.41 sutained flight with after burners and short burst speed close to mach 4. you can find that info anyware. they say they dont know the "true top speed" but thats the case for all aircraft in a sence. true top speed changes based on flight conditions so thare is no true top speed on any aircraft relly. humidity, airtemp, ect. all play a roll. the su-35 is still more impressive to me given it age

rafale is certainly better than su37 or 35, it has a much lower rcs, better (both european and french) weapons and a better radar, but the AESA radar of the EF is also top notch, whereas the IRBIS E is the first russian AESA radar.
su 35/37 is still based on old su 27 design, and eurofighter get tvc nozzles.

Ye the F-22A Raptor, F-35 JSF Lightning II, Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut (Firkin), Sukhoi PAK FA are the only 5th gen fighters. Some are coming out/havent come out yet. Only the Raptor is operational at the moment. Proparly 1-3 more will come out later on. China maybe... They will just copy the Russian one when it comes out just like they do with everything else.

Well people.. As far as I know F22's main advatage are its electronics. It is a flying base in the meaning that it can coordinate a squad of simpler fighers and bombers. It can collect all the information from them, proccess it and control a whole squad without any connection to the ground. So if all ground bases are destroyed - F22 squad is still fully operational.
Thats why I think its:
1. F22
2. Su-35
3. Eurofigher
4. Rafale
Even though F22 might not be the most effective on its own
do you know how most planes are detected people by getting there radar picked up with the other plane not the plane itself being picked up and the f-22 uses a form of phased array radar which the PATRIOT missle system uses its different in way of course but basically the same thing any jet against the f-22 would most likely not realize its there until there planes are already dropping out of the sky

BTW, the power of conventional radars are typically not based on technology, but the radar size. You can have a 50 year old radar surpassing the current radar's range purely with size.

F-22 has missiles of ranges upto 165km, detection range of a Flanker sized target of beyond 200km. Giving the F-22 a 100km+ head detection, 65km+ head shot opportunity.
IrbisE can Detect 0.01km^2 targets at 90km, no reports state any better.

how is it classified? its documented all over the web. mach 2.84 without after burners. mach 3.41 sutained flight with after burners and short burst speed close to mach 4. you can find that info anyware. they say they dont know the "true top speed" but thats the case for all aircraft in a sence. true top speed changes based on flight conditions so thare is no true top speed on any aircraft relly. humidity, airtemp, ect. all play a roll. the su-35 is still more impressive to me given it age

wtf? the ef is the most agile in supersonic flight, has more thrust and is faster than raptor.
rafale is certainly better than su37 or 35, it has a much lower rcs, better (both european and french) weapons and a better radar, but the AESA radar of the EF is also top notch, whereas the IRBIS E is the first russian AESA radar.
su 35/37 is still based on old su 27 design, and eurofighter get tvc nozzles.

Drones are controlled by computers that are susceptible to errors or jamming too.How about a failure on the computer of a 6th generation drone? How will the humans regain controll over it before it will become a danger even for friendly forces or civilians? Ye the F-22A Raptor, F-35 JSF Lightning II, Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut (Firkin), Sukhoi PAK FA are the only 5th gen fighters. Some are coming out/havent come out yet. Only the Raptor is operational at the moment. Proparly 1-3 more will come out later on. China maybe... They will just copy the Russian one when it comes out just like they do with everything else.

only 5th gen fighter that publicly i say publicly because who knows whats really out the is the F-22 Raptor and soon the F-35 once its full operational. the Su-47 is a tech demonstrator its not a 5th Gen aircraft. the PAK-FA is a projected 5th Gen. plane doesn't exist outside of blue prints and drawings so that's counted out as well.

stealth is not obsolete it has multiple advantages over conventional fighters. and the Su-35 maybe a good match for the Euro Fighter but not the raptor don't even come with that bull. so Russia put canards TVC and maybe a new radar and a couple of new missiles and now its better then the 1st 5th Gen plane. not a chance.

Well people.. As far as I know F22's main advatage are its electronics. It is a flying base in the meaning that it can coordinate a squad of simpler fighers and bombers. It can collect all the information from them, proccess it and control a whole squad without any connection to the ground. So if all ground bases are destroyed - F22 squad is still fully operational.
Thats why I think its:
1. F22
2. Su-35
3. Eurofigher
4. Rafale
Even though F22 might not be the most effective on its own

do you know how most planes are detected people by getting there radar picked up with the other plane not the plane itself being picked up and the f-22 uses a form of phased array radar which the PATRIOT missle system uses its different in way of course but basically the same thing any jet against the f-22 would most likely not realize its there until there planes are already dropping out of the sky

It is entirely possible and has been done to attach external fuel tanks allowing it to travel quite a large distance. It would just compromise stealth.
Also, the payload is no where near Small. it comprises the standard take off equipment of a basic legacy aircraft of 6+2 missiles.

no... the F-15 APG63/70 can detect further than the Mig-31's radar. And its an AESA radar.
Mig-31 = 200km ESA
F-15 = 220km AESA
F-22 = 240km AESA

BTW, the power of conventional radars are typically not based on technology, but the radar size. You can have a 50 year old radar surpassing the current radar's range purely with size.
The mig-31's radar, if im correct, is considerably bigger than most of the other fighter jets.

F-22 has missiles of ranges upto 165km, detection range of a Flanker sized target of beyond 200km. Giving the F-22 a 100km+ head detection, 65km+ head shot opportunity.
IrbisE can Detect 0.01km^2 targets at 90km, no reports state any better.
Anti-stealth? Not yet... Not even close for that matter.

The best radar on the russian fleet can only DETECT the raptor at 90km. 350-400km are for bomber sized targets such as the B-52 stratofortress.
Thats why US ceased the developement of Pheonix missiles. Cold war is over, and long range bomber interception is no longer needed.

The S-300's capability is to be able to target a 0.05m^2 target at around 30km away. And russian sources stated that S-400 was only about 10-15% better than S-300.

1) S-300 has modification for fleet S-400 entered to service in 2007 and doesn't have naval version.
Detecting on 90 km means that F-22 has a good chances to meet F-117 on aircraft graveyard in next 20 years.

If those wings were four magnetic small wings were all wings have magnetic pull against each other,making less air pull. Wing air pull pressure is less by alternating magnet wing pull of the four small wings, changing it with a computer program.
