@Purecrystal994377 Those care called Copic markers. Each pf them costs between 7-10 dollars(they are kind of expensive). they are very soluble when painting, and you can blend them as if they are watercolors, but they are easier to use than watercolors. Go to their website copicmarker...
What kind of paper are you using? I have some letraset promarkers, but can't seem to find the proper paper. It all sinks up immediately, and the shading is a little rough.
