This a-hole father better see serious jail time. He put a lot of rescue workers and helicopter pilots in danger. The one guy almost hurt himself trying to run across the dirt field to grab a balloon he thought had a small child in it. If these a-hole parents aren't fined and sent to jail then our Country has lost it. We can't let people get away with this BS and not be made examples of. He's probably a child abuser and the children would be better off in foster care.
