Ya take that Brisket and when the bark is good , wrap that baby up in texas krinkel and pour in some peach nector and throw it back on the heat for 2 hours , mmmm nice and tender and jucey , the bark blends with the meat real nice.

I think you're confusing "brisket" with "biscuit". Biscuits get gravy, a well cooked brisket doesn't need a thing.
