  • i read all those comments. dont listen to them that was so amazing!

  • im doin this peice in my band and yall do ok add alot more fellin in the swing section it will make it alot bettertrumpets should be the loudest in the room throughout the peice

  • We play this same exact peice in jazz band. I play trombone and yall are splattin on the forte pianos, and the articulations are way too overdone. Yall are overshooting the sax solo. The little eight note run could have been brought out too. Azurefirem this peice is not even hard. Its mainly for developing Jazz Bands.

  • @FSUfanOFtheBAND lol , i play dhe trombone to . ! & i aqree fully with u .

  • Not bad for kids but the styling was wrong, at the swing and it needs more feeling.

  • "Bright Latin" could've been a bit faster.

Bad tonguing at measure 23, the concert Ab (on sax parts) should be shorter. Staccato in jazz should be like you're "biting" the notes off.

    Nice forte-piano in measure 36.

    Good trumpet solo.

Sax solo, VERY good. Maybe a little louder, but still, VERY GOOD.

Last three notes--maybe a trumpet could've taken them up an octave but only if they have the lips for it!

One of the best recordings I've heard, not nearly as sloppy as the MS158 recording.

  • ok jazz critic...

  • too immature to be playing a song of this difficulty. they are good players but they need to find something more in there range of skill. they need to be more together, more dynamics and shaping, and could use a little tone overall.

  • not bad, could have been louder...

  • its was preety good .i like it and my band is playing this version too!!! lol hope it works out

  • Hey thats pretty good just have the rest of the band play louder its hard to hear the trumpets i played this song in my jazz band this version and all

  • this must be the easy version played with expensive instruments because it sounds horible. listen to the ms158 version.

  • Go easy on them man its not that bad and there just kids

  • I agree with MattDrys, they're really young. Take it easy
