  • love this shit right here nigga

  • Can anyone help, I have been looking for a early 90's rap song "possibly late 80's" I would know it if I heard it. Its talking about this guy being paranoid, I think he says something about someone on the rooftops? Damnit, I dunno. Anyone have any Ideas? Thanks~

  • @silverado669 Is it Immortal Technique - Dance with the Devil ?

  • @superdeoxysman No that isn't it either bro, I appreciate your guy's effort. Thanks'

  • @silverado669 I'm sorry, I'll keep looking.

  • @superdeoxysman Thanks a million bro, Don't inconvenience yourself too much just cause My memory is garbage haha. My mom worked at Capitol Records back in the day which then became EMI, she would bring home all kinds of cassettes. They'd either have a defect or shed forget em in her back pocket, or there'd be a table of freebies ect, I know thats where I got it from, it may have not even had a label. It's long gone now, 15 + years go by and it's difficult to remember the lyrics.

  • @silverado669 hey man, it might be mind playin tricks by geto boys = ]

    /watch?v=G272iYvxW_w

  • @yaaboygip magic my friend, pure magic.

  • @yaaboygip take a sec to think... k... really ez.... it's called marketing & video editing bro.

  • @yaaboygip come on.. think for a sec... k... real ez... it's called marketing & video editing.. prolly the drop date or a promo date

  • @yaaboygip dude its a ''street'' camera view as if theyre being watched. thos cameras always show that info

  • Talib is like the only rapper who uses his real name lol.

  • YO! kweli is on sum other shit ive never heard ANY rapper flow tha way he doez. Hes a true lyricist, sometimes i hear his shit and get my mind boned.

  • 16 people are hyper-paranoid..Dope

  • The sad thing is that I didn't know about this album until today. What is being promoted instead of this?

  • talib is jus too nice with it n hes a smart muhthafucka keep spittin the truth

  • goddamn i love talibs flow

  • lil wayne yo gotti gucci mane waka flacka fans get ya bitch asses off dis site n eat a dick dis ''REAL HIP HOP''

  • Godfathers of hip hop too bad this shud have a million views but its okay we know fake ppl wud rather listen to kanye and lady gaga

  • Listened to this song an unreasonably large amount of times. So fucking good.

  • DAMN

  • Banger! Love this shit right here, Hi-tek ur the truth my dude!

  • @LeKingJohn Take the conversation further? Just look at the comments, the song served its purpose. Bun B said "Why they wanna keep me in debt for?" Immediately you either relate or you don't, the views expressed in the song aren't a reflection of whoever's listening. Are you arguing this isn't "real" hip hop because there is "no nuanced debate of the issues"? It's one song, its 2:55 long, I love the beat, Talib and Bun B's delivery couldn't be any better. It's just a rap song for Christ sake.

  • Lol, let people listen to Lil Wayne who claims to be the best rapper alive :D

    We got Kweli, muthafuckas!

  • Go ahead & listen to a metro with dreads that claim "bloods" & constantly kiss another man IN THE MOUTH!!! I am good!! This will get play in my rotation......

  • @LeKingJohn Listen to whatever you want mate, no one cares

  • @dasdafoij I'm just saying everyone says this is "real" I'm simply sharing my opinion on "real" rap.

  • @LeKingJohn everyone isn't saying it

  • Comment removed

  • @LeKingJohn Obviously you are a brainwashed drone. Reflection Eternal is not standing up for the wealthy elitist with all the priviledges. They rep for the down-trodden, the poverty stricken, even the middle calss which are the victims of class warfare. Just look at Wisconsin and the Republicans trying to strip state, county and local workers of their collective bargaining rights not for fiscal reasons, but to destroy unions, which happen to back Democrats.

  • @TheRebelLion360 First, your ad hominem attacks against me rather than my arguments demonstrates that you, my friend, are the Fox News drone, not I. Second, I'm simply stating that rap fans are too quick to say that everything that "addresses" a social issue is real. There isn't really much insight here. There's no nuanced debate of the issues only narrow minded claims like the one I mentioned. "Real" hip hop should take the conversation further.

  • @LeKingJohn To address the issues that you speak of, the hospitals and pharmaceutical companys are run by corporate fatcats, not concerned with healing people, but with profiting off of people that, with or without insurance, cannot afford the extremely overpriced treatments and mediciation diagnosed to the average American. These people are in the business of profiting off of the sick, not healing the people in need....and its a disgusting truth Reflection Eternal spoke of. Get it together...

  • @TheRebelLion360 Actually, many hospitals are nonprofit organizations--meaning there are no "fat cats" running them, although there are some. Pharmaceutical companies are businesses. It costs money to research medicines. Should there be no reward for discovering a medication that cures hepes? i suppose the point that I'm trying to make is that a conversation like we're having addressing the multiple problems with healthcare, would make this "real hip hop" better."

  • DO YOU EVEN READ WHAT U SAYIN'?

It's about a system where the big fish eat the small... a system that is corrupt...

A system where you can't get rich without selling your soul, or dooing some g*y sh*t...

    LIKE LIL WAYNE for example...

You said it yourself.... People in rich neighbourhoods, get rich hospital care, get rich education, and eat rich food...

And the goverment doesnt give a shit about the poor people in poverty..

  • So.. go back to the highclass suburbs or wherever you came from and feel ''real'' about Yourself, listening to lil wayne you ignorant M**F*****G***SS SH****B****! #$#@&D...

    LOL

you in the real hood would be LEAKING John...

  • most of those lines aren't really that good. For example, "Our healthcare system pitiful, that's how hospitals' profitable."

There are many problems with the healthcare system. Insurance companies, the legal system, fat people. Saying that hospitals are greedy explains nothing. What about hospitals in rich neighborhoods? They're people get good service. They can pay for it.

I can go on with examples.Maybe this is what hip hop is. If it is I'd rather listen to lil wayne.

  • I just spilled some fiery soul on a Reflection Eternal track and posted it up.

  • Grimy Message for the people. THis is real music for real people

  • Talib Kweli + Bun B whats can be better?

  • @SuperIgor25 Talib, Bun B and naked bitches!! lol

  • kweli flow is the illest. no one will ever match it or sound like him. a truly unique voice

  • @Ottow102 I think his flow has progressively changed through the years. He is not as crisp as he was back on the Reflection Eternal Album or even Quality. He now slurs his words and run everything into each other. I love the clear enunciators who remained that way such as Busta and R.I.P Guru. Im not trying to argue, its just something, in my opinion, I've noticed about Kweli through the years.

  • @smokealley after listening to RPM a few more times and esp. this song im gonna have to agree with you. while he still isnt super sloppy, his old shit was much more crisp. still though, a great lyricist and mc

  • On repeat

  • shit its ill....talib and mr bun i salute you...los mexicanos got your back.. all day... unity and peace..!!

  • Fuck yes, I can wait til this BS is drowned out and we get our real hip-hop shit back on the radio.. I feel sad for people who ain't feel this slappin ass beat and lyrics

  • DAMN... amazed how many people cant appreciate this kind of hiphop.. only 179000.. Thats Pathetic... Support Real Hip-hop People ..come on now!!

  • probably some rich faggots who hav nothing to do but go on youtube and dislike real hip hop

  • Hottt as Hell

  • Best song on "Revolutions Per Minute"..and Bun B. murders this track!!

  • @MyJunior1975 no way, In the red and Ballad of the Black Gold are the best

    I cant believe having a discussion/argument or a real hip hop song's video :D

  • @MyJunior1975 I agree. That said, the entire album is the shit. So I guess that makes us, "Brothers united against the industry. The African dispora scattered with shattered history."

  • @tonyGjr2 DIng! Ding! Ding! Ding!!!!!

  • The dislike bar is the size of justin biebers dick.

    Thumbs up if you agree.

  • Nice duo, they both killed it on this track.

  • in your face with bangers

  • this track makes drake look like a bitch and nas look like he lost it. this is hiphop people!!! enjoy.....

  • So my first comment is the highest rated on here. Thank you. But lets see if this gets more thumbs up: Lil' Wayne being in jail has been the best thing that happened to hip-hop (if you even consider Wayne hip-hop HA) in the last year!

  • All I've got to say is thank you Reflection for continuing to spread truth. You'd be hard pressed to find established hip hop artists such as Kweli calling the Fed Reserve and Wall Street financial terrorists. It's not surprising this won't get radio or tv play. Media conglomerates such as Viacom want to keep us distracted with the juvenile until free will is measured by debt notes.

  • @SuperSkaJoe I saw it on MTV the other day, That is how I got here. But I agree with you.

  • @SuperSkaJoe Word. I watched videos that keep me from perceiving currency and the government as anything special.

  • @SuperSkaJoe Ain't that right. Fat cats love it when hip hop artists dumb it down. I was listening to music in Best Buy a few weeks ago with my brother. The music was loud as fuck when listening to "All I want is you" by Miguel, but when my brother let me listen to Immortal Technique's "Bin Laden" that shit got low as fuck and we didn't even touch the volume switch. Tried to turn it up but no luck. Financial terrorists can't have us being educated. That'd be horrible for profits.

  • NOw this is REAL Hip Hop. Big ups to Talib and HI tek and Bun B. Keep hip hop alive!!!!

  • This is the sickest beat ive heard since DOA.

  • man shut the fuck up with illuminati shit. i mean this aint no da vinci code, and pple jus start saying someone is illuminati because they dont like em or feel they sold out. but thats not illuminati stop learning shit from youtube post. actually open your mind and enhance your information

  • @Obey414

    thank you.

It gets annoying that every bullshit from the goverment must be "Illuminati". They just can't get the real truth ^^

  • And I am loving it!!! This is Hip-Hop Politics at it's best !!!!

Do you get it's message? I don't really listen to rap/hiphop but THIS, LOL This is real HIP-HOP/RAP.... and I'm not paranoid lol

  • @FineSexiiCool It's about the gov't being all up in ur shit and how it steps on you (the little ppl) just to help out corporate America. For instance, "They tappin' laptops like a bad plot out of movies Obama say it ain't so" and "Look at AIG and the bailout steppin' on the fish just so they can help the whale out."

  • Fire Fire Fire

  • @ThaBj10 sound the alarm.

  • two things

1 never thought this collabo would happen but its hot

    2 make the song longer

  • this song is so anti illuminati!
